This contract is for the provision of a multi-disciplinary facilities and operations team, including General Assistants, Reception Staff and Supervisor, which will report directly to the One Elmwood Building Operations Manager.The One Elmwood Building is currently under construction and is due to be completed in July 2022 . This building will transform the provision of student services at Queen’s by drawing these together into one central, state of the art building. This new multi-disciplinary facilities and operations team, led by a Queen's Operations Manager, will provide first line support for a wide range of services for all building users. As a new facility, the extent to which the multi-disciplinary facilities team will be required, is currently difficult to estimate. It is fundamental to this contract that Economic Operators must be able to reduce or increase the number of weekly working hours required from the Operations Team, in line with the needs of the University.

The University is keen to further expand its in-market network, developing a defined strategy in Latin America, given ongoing growth in research and academic connections, and the increasing number of students from the region represented at Queen's.The University therefore invites tenders from experienced Economic Operators who will provide a recruitment platform to employ a new in-market representative and ensure full compliance with local employment legislation in Latin America.

Queen’s University Belfast requires a digital marketing and communications partner for the China market, to develop the University’s brand awareness and market positioning amongst its target audiences, increase consideration levels and drive lead generation for the University’s range of international programmes to support its ambitious student recruitment targets.The partner agency will be responsible for: • Development and implementation of integrated multi-channel digital marketing and content plans in China• Robust reporting and digital advice and guidance on an ongoing basis to the University’s in-house and in-market teams to inform planning, delivery and to optimise marketing performance.

Queen’s has a requirement for an experienced Economic Operator to provide Cleaning Services and Ancillary Services to various locations across the University campus. The provision of cleaning services will be to the buildings and external areas at the University’s sites detailed further within the tender documents.

Queens University Belfast wishes to create a Framework of experienced bus operators to provide an Executive Minibus and Coach Hire Service for General use and for the Widening Participation Unit (Lot 1), a Minibus and Coach Hire Services for Queen’s Clubs and Societies (Lot 2), a Shuttle Bus Service for the Faculty of Medicine between the Belfast City Hospital and the Royal Victoria Hospital and a Shuttle Bus Service for the Institute of Electronics, Communications and Information Technology (ECIT) between Queens University Elmwood Avenue and the NI Science Park (Lot 3).

The William J Clinton Leadership Institute (the Institute) at Queen’s University Belfast (Queen’s) To support the delivery team, the Institute seeks to establish a dynamic framework of executive coaches and executive education specialists in leadership and general management, who would be invited to supply services under the following Lots:- Lot 1 Programme or Modular Design (may include optional programme coordination) - Lot 2 Training Delivery (may include- Lot 3 Coaching and/or Psychometric Tests and DebriefsEconomic Operators can tender for one, two or all three Lots. There are no restrictions on the number of Lots an Economic Operator can apply for.Dynamic purchasing system (DPS):The framework shall be operated as a completely electronic process, and shall be open throughout the period of validity of the purchasing system to any Economic Operator that satisfies the selection criteria and award criteria.

Queen’s University wishes to appoint a single Economic Operator for the supply and delivery of Spirits, Liqueurs, Wines, Packaged Beer and Cider, Ready To Drink, Energy and Soft Drinks and Cocktail Mixers to the Students’ Union Bars.

Campus Food and Drink within Queen’s wishes to appoint an Economic Operator who can Supply and Deliver Fresh Meat and Poultry to the Great Hall and Riddel Hall. The products supplied must be fresh produce and never previously frozen. Queen’s offers sought after venues for pre-dinner receptions, formal dinner events and catering for meetings and conferences. Queen’s provide many high profile events for the University which include prominent people from the world of business, politics and royalty, as well as international guests. Given its place in Northern Ireland society and its reputation the University is fully committed to using high quality local produce with full traceability and the University expects that any meat and poultry they purchase will be of the highest standards. The appointed Economic Operator will also facilitate the ad hoc requirements for Campus Food and Drink across a variety of locations within Queen’s Campus.

This contract is for a fully comprehensive maintenance service to the lifts across Queen’s buildings, including at the main University campus, the Royal Victoria Hospital site in West Belfast, the City Hospital site and a few other outlying locations. The Contractor’s fully comprehensive maintenance service shall include but not be limited to:• All parts and equipment necessary to cover all types of lifts.• Monthly service inspections. • Supplementary tests.• 24/7 call out.• Observations, defects and repairs from insurance inspections.• Attendances as necessary.• Shaft lighting.• Lift car lighting.• Remote monitoring system software and backup software.• Remote monitoring base station PC and UPS.The University reserves the right to add and remove lifts from the contract at any time. All work involving any lift added or removed must be priced based on tendered rates.

The University has a requirement for a marketing partner to support Strategic Marketing and Communications achieve the goals and recruitment objectives set out in Strategy 2030. This requirement has been split into two Lots.
