It is intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of four years with the option to extend for a further period of up to three years. The intent is that the DPS will further support the shift in positioning Modern Methods of Construction as a mainstream solution for the development of new homes. In doing so we hope to push the boundaries of design standards with innovative, future-proofed solutions that achieve the highest environmental and sustainability standards.
