Cynon Taf Community Housing Group - Asbestos Surveying and Testing
Cynon Taf CHG wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake asbestos surveying and testing at properties owned/managed by Cynon Taf CHG. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification.
It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of five years. One Manchester is seeking to appoint an suitably qualified and experience provider to deliver Internal Audit Services. The overarching aim of the internal audit function is to review One Manchester's approach to securing economy, efficiency and effectiveness in the use of its resources as a Registered Provider; this includes ensuring that effective risk management, governance and internal controls are in place. The Supplier will be required to advise and provide assurance to ARC and, ultimately, the One Manchester Board on internal control processes.
The work will be carried out in accordance with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) as set out by the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors.
One Manchester will appoint a maximum of one supplier to the Contract for the delivery of internal audit services as set out in Appendix A Specification.
It is intended that the Contract will run for an initial term of three (3) years, extendable for a further period of two (2) years from the Commencement Date, anticipated to be 1 May 2023, any extensions will be subject to satisfactory performance.
A copy of the proposed Form of Contract is included with the ITT. Mobile Data & Voice Services for Richmond Fellowship
Richmond Fellowship is seeking to appoint a maximum of one supplier to the Contract for the delivery of Mobile Data and Voice services as set out in Appendix A Specification.
Currently, Richmond Fellowship requires a 4G data and voice service. However, to future-proof the Contract, the provision of 5G enabled sim cards would be beneficial. The Supplier must have an excellent level of connectivity across England. Richmond Fellowship provides most staff with a lone working application loaded onto their mobile phone. The lone working application requires a 3G Signal or greater to work effectively. Richmond Fellowship may provide some of its staff with an alternative supplier if the connectivity level is insufficient to run the lone working application. The Supplier must hold either Cyber Essentials or ISO27001 certification.
It is intended that the Contract will run for a term of three (3) years
