The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex is looking to award a contract/contracts to deliver a Night Safety Marshal Scheme in high harm areas in Sussex with the aim of (i) increasing public safety and confidence, (ii) reducing demand on emergency services, (iii) overall reduction in serious services and (iv) increase partnership working.

Provision of a Night Safety Marshal Scheme ("Scheme") in town centres across Sussex. The aim of the Night Safety Marshal Scheme is to:• Increase public safety and confidence• Reduce demand on emergency services• A reduction in serious violence• Increase Partnership working.The objectives of the Night Safety Marshal Scheme are:• To protect our communities by identifying the vulnerable and ensuring they are kept safe.• To prevent serious violence with early intervention and the removal of threat.• To reduce violence against women and girls.

Identify potential providers for the provision of Printing Services (the ‘Services’) as detailed in the ‘Service and Performance Requirements’.The intention is to award the contract to a single supplier for the provision of the services who must be located within 35 miles of the Sussex Police Headquarters.Whilst it is accepted that during exceptional high demand or complex projects there may be a need to outsource a portion of the work under this contract, it is an expectation that the Successful Supplier conducts the majority of work inhouse and is considered a printer, rather than a print management company. Any need to outsource work will need to be discussed with the Authority. Initial Term Contract will be for 2 years starting on the 6th October 2024, with an initial expiry date of 05th October 2026. Surrey Police and Sussex Police are looking for a replacement for EoL voice systems is the Avaya Aura CM10 High availability (CM10 HA) and Avaya J139 IP handsets which aligns to Surrey and Sussex Police operational and service requirements. Or equivalent Voice systems and phones models will be accepted however potential providers will need to provide justification that the proposed voice systems or phone model is of equivalent or better standard than preferred model

The PCC for Sussex is acting as the lead for a Framework Agreement for Sussex Police, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey, Surrey Police, East Sussex Fire Authority, Surrey Fire and Rescue Service and West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex (the PCC for Sussex) wishes to select and appoint a suitable Contractor for the Provision of Workshop Equipment Maintenance and Calibration services. The PCC for Sussex is acting as the lead for a Framework Agreement for Sussex Police, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey, Surrey Police, East Sussex Fire Authority, Surrey Fire and Rescue Service and West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.The Framework awarded under this Procurement will have a scheduled duration of three years with an option to extend for an additional one-year period on the same terms, making the maximum possible Contract Term 4 (four) years. The option to extend the Contract shall be at the sole discretion of the PCC for Sussex.
