The PCC and CC are separate, but closely related, entities who wish to engage an Internal Audit supplier to provide an adequate and effective system of continuous internal audit, in accordance with various statutory and code of practice requirements. In each case the successful supplier will report to the Joint Independent Audit Committee, the Chief Finance Officers (CFOs) and other senior officers of both organisations.

The resulting Framework is available to all UK Police Forces, Fire Authorities and other Law Enforcement Agencies. The garments are worn by Police Officers and Staff whilst undertaking operational duties.

Supply of Mains Electricity to South Yorkshire Police sites

The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Yorkshire has tendered for the provision of Softshell Jackets . The resulting Framework will be available to all UK Police Forces, Fire Authorities and other Law Enforcement Agencies. The garments are worn by Police Officers and Staff whilst undertaking operational duties.

A contract has been awarded by South Yorkshire Police (SYP) with a service provider who will collect and kennel dogs upon their instruction that are a banned breed, dangerous or seized for welfare reasons within the South Yorkshire region. This service will be available 24/7/365(6) days a year and will provide a minimum of 35 kennels with the potential access to further kennels should the need arise. The collection of a dog will be undertaken within a maximum of 90 minutes following notification from SYP. The successful Service Provider will provide adequate and secure shelter, food and healthcare sufficient to meet the needs of the animal in line with the animal welfare act for animals placed in the custody of the kennel; this can be for long periods of time. The contract is for an initial 4-year period with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12-month periods.

Modification to the contract for 'The Provision of National Driver Offender Retraining Schemes for South Yorkshire Police'. The Regional Procurement Unit is placing this transparency notice to alert economic operators of its intention to modify a contract in accordance with Reg.72.1.b of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The scope of the contract remains true to the original procurement and the services required are as specified. The contract is being modified with an additional value of £934,849 and will cover the requirements of South Yorkshire Police, allowing a period of time not exceeding 4 months for the mobilisation of the new contract.
