The Customer wishes to establish a single Provider Contract (combined bids are acceptable) for the implementation, licensing and support and maintenance of an ERP solution. The Customer is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, as amended (the "Regulations"). This Contract is being procured under the open procedure laid down in Regulation 27.The Contract Period will commence on 1st April 2024 and will end on 31st March 2033 with three options to extend for up to 12 months each at the sole discretion of the Customer. This period will cover both the implementation phase and operational use of the solution. The options to extend may be exercised by the Customer at the same time. The implementation phase will commence on 1st April 2024 and will complete no later than 31st March 2025. The new ERP system will go live (i.e. move from the test environment to the production environment, such that all users can start performing transactions in the new ERP) for all users no later than 1st April 2025. The Customer wishes to establish three single Provider Contracts for the provision of Psychological Support and Innovation Services to prevent people reaching crisis and also support those with complex mental health needs and who are experiencing a high level of trauma. The Customer is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). This Contract is being procured under the open procedure laid down in Regulation 27

The Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 introduces a Two-Tier Framework for Out of Court Resolutions (OOCRs). This change places the two-tier framework into a legislative requirement with a proposed implementation date in early 2025 with an expectation to move to two-tier by the end of 2024. There is a requirement to introduce an OOCRs Pathway to enable Lincolnshire to meet this legislative requirement, which is being led national by the National Police Chief's Council, and to align with other forces for the coordinated introduction of the mandatory two-tier OOCRs system.

The Lincolnshire Police and Crime Commissioner (the PCC) is responsible for the totality of policing for Lincolnshire. The role of the PCC is to be the voice of the people and hold the police to account, effectively making the police answerable to the communities they serve. The PCC sets the police and crime objectives for their area through a police and crime plan, sets the force budget and determines the police council tax precept. The police council tax precept is an essential part of the council tax that contributes alongside a central government grant to the total funding available to provide policing, community safety and victims' services. The PCC must make arrangements to obtain the views of ratepayers - and their representatives - on proposals for spending for the forthcoming financial year. The consultation's aims are to produce qualitative and quantitative findings on the perceptions and experience of crime and safety from people living in Lincolnshire to support the annual Police budget setting process and to inform the development of the Commissioner's Police and Crime Plan. This will support one of the key principles of the Police and Crime Plan; 'Listening, responding and being accountable.

Lincolnshire Police (the Contracting Authority) invites tenders for the provision of our Police Occupational Health Physician Contract. Lincolnshire Police Health & Care provision includes occupational health advisors, an internal psychological provision and well-being team members. This Tender is for the provision of an Occupational Health Physician (OHP) service. We require an experienced OHP 1 day per week for 52 weeks per year with a potential for additional 6 days (per annum) in the event of increased recruitment or similar. OHP's working on the Contract are expected to advise an employer to assist with significantly reducing the risks and thus assist with optimising productivity which reducing costs related to health by: o Minimising the impacts of health risks to the business. o Identifying the legacy of impairment/disease in new employees and establishing at employment the 'baseline' of health. o Ensuring employers are aware of adjustments required to comply with the Equality Act 2010. o Identifying work-related disease at the earliest point, to facilitate early intervention and onward treatment, enable cost containment and avoid legal challenge. o Advising on preventing/minimising work-related illness. o Complying with health surveillance, and, where required, advising on statutory reporting of work-related disease. o Assessing fitness for work during and after illness/disease onset-recommending adjustments and restrictions (mostly temporary) to reduce absence costs.
