Pobl Group intends to establish a Contract with suitably qualified and experienced training provider for the Provision of Training Services based on the Most Advantageous Tender.

The Welsh Housing Partnership Limited (“WHP1”) and WHP2 Limited (“WHP2”) (collectively “WHP” or the “joint venture”) intend to establish a Contract with a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier for the Provision of Audit Services for WHP based on the Most Advantageous Tender.

Following the merge of Pobl Group and Linc Cymru, soon to be Codi in early 2026, the Group wishes to purchase and implement a new Finance System to be implemented with full functionality by February 2027

Pobl are intending to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants to a framework for the provision of Architectural Services and Consultancy for Pobl Group's residential schemes. A maximum of ten (10) consultants will be appointed to the Framework Agreement as a result of this ITT. Please note that as of 1st January 2026 Pobl Group Limited will be rebranded to Codi Group Limited, and so the latter name will be used in the contract and call off documents.
