Please note that as of 1st January 2026 Pobl Group Limited will be rebranded to Codi Group Limited, and so the latter name will be used in the contract documents.

Pobl Group currently has a contract in place for Grounds Maintenance which is due for renewal in 2025. In addition to this and following the recent merger with Linc Cymru, together with the volume of properties and new developments being handed over with the additional green spaces and woodland areas, the Group are exploring opportunities of looking at a Contract or Framework with multiple contractors to be able to deliver these services over the next four or five years. Pobl Group wishes to appoint a contractor to construct 98 homes at Beili Glas, Loughor, Swansea.

Pobl Group are looking to undertake a tender to appoint Employer’s Agents to a Framework to work alongside the Development Team in the delivery of Pobl’s ambitious development targets. Pobl Group would also like to invite all prospective Employer’s Agents, with to come along to a Meet the Buyer event on the morning of Thursday 9th June 2022 at Cardiff & Vale College CF10 5FE, to meet the team, discuss the possibilities around the Framework to bring any ideas / suggestions along to the meeting. The Contract is for the periodic servicing and inspections, routine and responsive maintenance, repair and improvement of communal mechanical installations, located within Pobl Group properties.

Electrical work, inspection and testing for Pobl Group.

The establishment of a framework of construction contractors for the development of Pobl Group new build schemes and refurbishment projects.

Provision of Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Fire Components for Pobl Group across 3 lots: - West - East - University accommodation (Swansea and Ty Beck) The same supplier cannot win West and East, however, the same supplier could win West or East and the Universities.

Pobl Group would also like to invite prospective Engineering Practices, to come along to a Meet the Buyer event at Cardiff & Vale College CF10 5FE on the afternoon of Thursday 9th June 2022, to meet the team, discuss the Framework and discuss any ideas / suggestions along to the meeting.
