The services will include inspection, installation, repair and maintenance of passive fire safety measures, including fire stopping, compartmentation and associated remedial works. Also including the repairs (Responsive & Planned) of Fire Doors.
The contract will support statutory compliance and building safety requirements across a range of housing stock types, including houses, flats and low- to medium-rise residential buildings.
The contract is structured geographically and services will be delivered across Platform's Severn, Tame and Witham regions. One contractor will be appointed per lot to deliver these regionalised services.
Platform Housing is seeking to appoint contractors to deliver complex repairs and major void works across its housing portfolio.
The services will include day-to-day responsive repairs and complex works including Disrepair jobs above £1,500. Also included are Major Voids estimated value above £20,000 and ad-hoc component replacements. All works are to ensure that properties are maintained to a safe, compliant and lettable standard.
The contract will cover a range of housing stock types and will be delivered across Platform's Severn, Tame and Witham regions through a multi-contractor model. The contracting authority intends to appoint multiple contractors across the three localities, with a maximum of ten (10) awards across all lots.

Strategic Asset Management Programme - Lot 1 - Home Investment & Retrofit
Platform Housing is seeking to procure suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver Home Investment & Retrofit Works across its housing stock.
The scope of works under this procurement includes, but is not limited to:
• Component replacements (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing)
• Retrofit and energy efficiency works
• Cyclical decorations
• Major planned investment works
• Major projects e.g. High Rise Building Works.
The works will be delivered across defined geographical localities as part of Platform Housings Strategic Asset Management Programme.
Contracts awarded under this Lot will operate under a target cost commercial model, whereby contractors will be reimbursed for the actual cost of delivering the works, together with an agreed profit and associated overheads. Further detail on the commercial structure will be set out in the procurement documents.
The contracting authority intends to establish long-term partnering arrangements (up to 14 years) with contractors to support the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused investment works, aligned to asset management objectives, regulatory requirements, and value for money principles.
The volumes and value of work under this contract are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Delivery will be dependent on Platform Housings asset management priorities, programme data, operational requirements, and available budgets over the contract term.

Provision of Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Assessments
Platform Housing Limited is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier(s) to deliver Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments across our operational areas across the midlands.
The procurement is divided into three geographic lots:
- Lot 1: Severn Area (Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire)
- Lot 2: Tame Area (Derbyshire, Leicestershire, West Midlands, Warwickshire and Staffordshire)
- Lot 3: Witham Area (Lincolnshire, Rutland and Northamptonshire)
Each lot will cover the provision of EPC assessment services for relevant properties within the defined locality, carried out in accordance with all applicable legislation, guidance and accreditation requirements. Services may include site visits, data collection, production of EPCs, and submission to the appropriate EPC register.
Tenderers may bid for one, multiple, or all three lots, and each lot will be evaluated independently. Platform reserves the right to award one or more lots to a single supplier or to multiple suppliers, depending on value for money and compliance with the future tender requirements.
The contract aims to ensure a reliable, compliant and cost‑effective service that supports Platform's stock compliance requirements.
