We are reviewing our pension administration software solution and wish to engage with the market to explore potential solutions. We want to understand what solutions may exist to meet our existing needs, as well as exploring enhancements that might be available to meet future needs.
We ultimately seek a solution which will streamline pension administration for our members and future members, enhance user experience, provide modern digital tools and capabilities, and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory standards.
As of 31 March 2024, we administer the pensions for 432,496 of our members and payout approximately £1.2bn per year in member benefits.
Our existing pensions administration contract expires 31 March 2029.

The PPF's contract for providing an eSourcing tool is set to expire in November 2025, necessitating a re-procurement process. As part of our review of system requirements, we are engaging eSourcing providers to assist us in exploring our options. The feedback received from bidders will be instrumental in shaping our procurement strategy.
We are asking suppliers, with their deep knowledge of the market, to help us as we work through our options for the provision of future legal services once the current Legal Panel expires on 31st January 2026.
