The provision of a Street Homeless Service to help and support those who are street homeless. The Service will work to relieve rough sleeping, providing relevant advice, support and guidance, improving pathways and access to suitable accommodation including emergency shelters activated during severe weather emergencies.
The Service will include assertive outreach, drop-in/in-reach and the provision of a severe weather emergency shelter.

The provision of a Young Carers Information, support and Outreach Service.
Based and delivered within Pembrokeshire, the Service will be available to Young and Young Adult Unpaid Carers aged 5 to 25 years, who provide care and / or support to a relative, friend or neighbour who is physically or mentally ill or affected by substance misuse.
The service will also be available to Parent Carers, who are ordinarily 18 to 25 years, who provide support to a disabled child or children for whom they have parental responsibility.
