Re-roofing of the Moorland Centre and Fieldhead Campsite Building which includes external re-decoration works and water adjustments.

The National Park Authority are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the stone slate re-roof of Hayshead Keepers Cottage. The works comprise of the re-roofing on the farmhouse only, which includes asbestos removal (soffits), replacement fibre cement soffits, external re-decoration works and storm water adjustment.

This framework mini-competition covers 2 Work Packages being tendered collectively as mini-competition 01 under the MFF164 Open Framework. The Works Packages comprise a programme of works from September 2025 to March 2028; The objectives of this Contract is the aerial transportation of materials for moorland restoration works to Work Sites at 2 locations around the Peak District and South Pennines. Follow up treatment of Rhododendron ponticum within the Wessenden Valley in order to improve biodiversity and reduce further spread of the invasive species. This will include: a. Assess site for suitability and work requirements on a compulsory site visit with the Authority's Contract Manager on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 b. The contractor will provide equipment required for the services including any equipment involved with applying Glyphosate with adjuvant, Personal Protective Equipment, cutting tools, herbicide, relevant equipment and machines to remove Rhododendron from the Site c. Remove Rhododendron plants as per the specification, see Sections 5 and 6 of the Invitation to Tender. d. Chemicals must not be used within 3m of a watercourse/waterbody Rhododendron are to be pulled or cut only, in such areas. e. Package 1: Butt B1, Butt B2 and Butt B3 require separate visits for herbicide. A minimum of 1 week must elapse between each of these applications. Butt B1, Butt B2 and Butt B3 will therefore take a minimum of 3 weeks to complete if all areas need herbicide f. Arisings (waste Rhododendron) must be removed from Site and disposed of responsibly and in accordance with regulations, in a way which does not allow regrowth g. Chipping waste material is the preferred method h. Chippings can then be used as biofuel or mulch i. BURNING IS NOT PERMITTED ON SITE

Full strip out and refurbishment of the public toilet areas within Millers Dale Station building, Millers Dale, in the Peak District National Park. Dovedale public toilets facility comprises a single storey, traditionally constructed building containing designated male WCs, female WCs an accessible WC and a store room. Works comprise a full strip out and internal refurbishment of the Dovedale public toilet facility, including all associated MEP alterations.

Trentabank Centre is a single storey timber frame building with combined use by members of the public and PDNPA staff. Part of the building is used as a ranger's base, educational space and workshop, with the rest of the building containing public WC facilities. Works comprise a partial refurbishment of Trentabank Centre building. The existing WC areas, workshop and Ranger's office are to be refurbished and reconfigured to form new public WC facilities and a Changing Place facility. The existing Educational Space and Kitchenette areas are to remain in occupation throughout the works and are not included in the proposed works. Provision of the Peak District National Park Authority's IT infrastructure through an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) model

The Peak District National Park Authority (PDNPA) is seeking a multi-disciplinary consultancy (with specialists in landscape, cultural heritage, planning and ecology) to support us, in the review of the Local Plan, to understand the capacity for development in 23 key settlements within the context of our first purpose, which is to conserve and enhance the Peak District National Park's landscape, wildlife and cultural heritage. The project comprises a desk-based analysis, site assessments (including LVIA) and settlement capacity scoring with corresponding outputs at each stage. The final document will be a map (GIS) and text-based settlement landscape sensitivity and capacity assessment for each settlement.

1. The objective of this Contract is to deliver a suite of Works on 17 upland Sites in the Peak District and South Pennines SAC. The sites are split into 9 packages of work. The aim of the Works suites are to stabilise and revegetate bare peat, restore hydrology, and increase biodiversity on the Sites. 2. The Works comprise the following tasks: a. Supply and delivery of Materials required to complete the Works, unless otherwise stated. b. Appropriate storage of Materials, as necessary. c. Supply and delivery of suitable Trackway for storing materials on (see Packages if required). d. Forwarding of Materials and Equipment required to complete the Works to and within Works Sites, excluding Airlifting e. Planning the Aerial Load Lifting Works, including marking out drop locations and working in collaboration with the Authorities Airlifting Contractor to deliver the works f. Marshalling of Aerial Load Lifting, including materials drops g. Installation of Stone Dams into gullies h. Installation of Peat Dams into gullies i. Installation of Peat Bunding j. Re-profiling of hags and gully sides

The Monsal Trail has a number of structures, embankments and cuttings along its 8 mile length. Following inspections of the cuttings, the Peak District National Park Authority as owners of the trail has decided to undertake regular rock scaling works to address concerns raised within the inspection reports. All cuttings within this tender were scaled in early 2023 and Cuttings no. 3, 7 and 8 have been scaled in 2025. Works to include removal of all vegetation from site.
