The South West Peak Landscape Partnership wishes to:
1. Obtain an overview of farmer/landowner attitudes and barriers to change, applying a social science approach with farmers across the South West Peak.
2. Investigate the opportunities to establish a network of ‘Champion farmers’ who can showcase economically viable businesses which complement the environmental and heritage outcomes of the South West Peak Landscape Partnership Scheme.
3. Develop a project plan for future implementation in the delivery phase of the scheme.

f. Transportation of gully blocking Materials from the Lift Sites / Delivery Sites to the Work Sites.
g. The construction of Dams in gully systems at the Work Sites to the standard specified by the Authority.
h. Providing a GPS record of the constructed Dams to the Authority upon completion.
4. This Invitation to Tender is for a Framework Agreement for the period 19th September 2016 to 31st March 2020 (the "Framework Period"). This means that Tenderers are requested to provide rates and supporting information to the Authority with the Tender return for evaluation. After evaluation, the Authority will appoint Framework Contractors to carry out the Works throughout the Framework Period after holding a mini competition once the Authority has a defined a Works plan for each Works Site. The Peak District National Park Authority (PDNPA) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and equipped contractors to undertake re-surfacing works on the Tissington Trail
Full refurbishment of the Farmhouse and associate outbuilding including:

• New ground floor slab to include insulation

The Peak District National Park Authority requires a contractor to fell and extract to roadside larch trees at Leam Woods, near Grindleford, Derbyshire. There is an estimated 3000 tonne that requires removal. Works are to be undertaken during dry weather conditions between the months of September and January over a period of two years (2023/2024 and 2024/2025). Hydrological blocking works and sphagnum planting is proposed on the Orchard Common Moorland complex. This is part of a wider SSSI, SPA and SAC designation and includes seven separate moorland blocks listed below. The area shown is owned and managed by the PDNPA and covers 215 hectares.

The Peak District National Park Authority is seeking to commission the replacement of a footbridge located adjacent to Cressbrook Mill, Cressbrook, Derbyshire. The project involves the removal of the existing footbridge and the design, supply and installation of a replacement footbridge based on the concept designs supplied as part of the tender pack. Contractors are free to manufacture or source the structure as they see fit but the overall dimensions and materials used (GRP deck and timber parapets) shall conform with the concept design supplied within the pack.

The Peak District National Park Authority owns and operates a wide range of sites that are either open to the public or used daily by staff. This tender is for a single cleaning contract across all sites around the National Park. This will include all cleaning services as well as the supply and replenishment of all consumables within the public toilet facilities and the supply of all necessary cleaning
