This Prior Information Notice (PIN) seeks engagement with suppliers to gather information associated with the delivery of treasury, corporate finance and related services to gain a better understanding of the options available in this area. The information gathered with help inform the Contracting Authority of market capacity/capability and assist in the development of a new tendering exercise which is aiming at establishing a framework agreement for suppliers of treasury, corporate finance and related services. The Contracting Authority intends to engage with suppliers via a pre-market engagement exercise. Suppliers interested in participating in such pre-market engagement should respond by 2 September 2024.
Peabody wish to hold a Meet the Buyer event in relation to the procurement of an operator for the Holloway Women’s Building as part of our Holloway Park development. The Women’s Building will provide a central location for a broad range of services to women. These could include mental health services, immigration advice, and domestic abuse services, among many others. We intend to award to an operator to ensure the delivery of such services from the building. We would like to invite organisations who are interested in being a part of the building, either as an operator or as a potential service provider that may wish to locate or provide services from within the building, to join us for an overview of the opportunity including Q&A. Peabody Group are seeking to appoint Contractors onto a framework for the provision of passive fire safety works and mechanical & electrical fire services amongst our 55,000 strong properties, in London, Essex and the South East. To deliver this service Peabody Group will appoint multiple Contractors to a framework to provide a comprehensive passive fire safety works, with five contractors appointed to the framework.
The scope of works deemed to be included within FRA works comprises of, but is not limited to:
Works to be called-off on a case-by-case basis in respect of passive fire works as recommended in Peabody Trusts FRAs or otherwise to improve the safety of existing buildings. The geographical scope of the works is any property owned by Peabody Trust, located within London and Essex or surrounding areas, including Sussex. For clarity, no works under this Framework is guaranteed, and orders will be raised at the discretion of the Peabody Trust.

Holloway Park will be a new development of c.1,100 homes, on a 10-acre site in Northwest Islington. Peabody is seeking a development partner to deliver the final phase (Phase 3) of Wornington Green’s estate regeneration, via a Joint Venture (JV) structure.
The site is owned by Peabody and has potential for up to 370 homes plus reprovision of community facilities and a park. The site is located in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, along Portobello Road, and has excellent transport links and good access to local amenities. The entire estate extends across 13.8 acres with Phase 3 occupying 3.85 acres.
The site benefits from a Hybrid Consent for the whole scheme including earlier phases (PP/09/02786), granted in 2010 and revised in 2014, provided planning approval for up to 1,000 new homes, extensive non-residential space, and re-provision of community and open spaces. Phase 3 is in outline and includes 368 - 370 units. The selected development partner will be expected to work with Peabody to optimise the existing consent in order to maximise deliverability, alignment of mix to housing need, commercial value, and enable compliance with Building Safety Act requirements.
A new park in the centre of the development – Athlone Gardens – is being delivered in 4 stages, with the final element expected to be delivered as part of the Phase 3 scheme.
The JV is anticipated to operate on a 50/50 basis between Peabody and the development partner in terms of control, funding commitments and share of proceeds.
The partner is expected to be procured via a Procurement Act 2023 compliant Competitive Flexible Procedure process.
