East Lindsey District Council, Boston Borough Council, and South Holland District Council are seeking a single supplier for all mobile voice and data services within the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP) area. The service required within the scope of this contract will be in accordance with the Specification as set out below and in the appendices. The aim is for the provision of fit for purpose mobile device service, based upon signal strength and coverage, that allows for unhindered use of voice and data, within the geographical boundaries of the Authority(s). Supplier shall include responsive support, and dedicated service delivery managers.

Boston Borough Council and South Holland District Council require Consultant(s) for, Conservation Area Appraisals, Management Plans and Design Guide. .

The Council requires repairs to be made to boundary walls, footpaths, roadways, access ways and external property walls. All structural works on site must be carried in accordance with the detailed design and specifications as detailed by the Contract Administrator on a case-by-case basis. This is a call off contract and all works will be carried out within the boundaries of South Holland District.

1.1 South Holland District Council is seeking a supplier to conduct a review of their Housing Revenue Account Business Plan and analyse its capacity. Providing high quality council homes and landlord services is a top priority for South Holland District Council (the Council). The Council wants to be sure that tenants are living in good and safe accommodation, meets statutory responsibilities and, where resources allow, go beyond that to best support and improve the lives of our residents.
