Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete refurbishment works on one of their properties 16 Manor Road, Doncaster. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to the existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following: • Associated plumbing and M&E services alteration • Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property • General building works • Associated external works Bidders should refer to the Specification at Appendix 1 for further details of Progress Housing Group's requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contract. Bidders are required to review the Specification in detail to gain a full understanding of the proposed Contract and Progress Housing Group's requirements. Site Visits All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The property will be opened up and available for inspection on 30th July 2025 at 1:30pm. Only this date and time will be made available for internal inspection. It is an open house and no appointment is necessary. Failure to visit site and report in with RWP will result in your tender being invalid.

The Contract is for the provision of Lot 1 window cleaning service and Lot 2 gutter; facia & soffit clearance (the "Services") works to the specification set by the group. Along with those general tasks, we may ask on occasion for additional works to be carried out such as graffiti removal, deep cleans, gutter clearance, jet washing and hazardous waste removal.

The Contract is for the provision of Lot 2 gutter; facia & soffit clearance (the "Services") works to the specification set by the group. Along with those general tasks, we may ask on occasion for additional works to be carried out such as graffiti removal, deep cleans, gutter clearance, jet washing and hazardous waste removal. Every 12 months we will require the following: • All gutters to be emptied and cleaned, with waste removed from site and disposed of off-site in accordance with government guidelines. • Report any identified repairs required to Progress Living.

The Contract is for the provision of Lot 1 window cleaning service (the "Services") works to the specification set by the group. Every 6 months we require the following: • All windows including frames to be cleaned. • All external entrance doors including frames and side panels to be cleaned. • All glass canopies (where applicable) to be cleaned on top and bottom. • Report any identified repairs required to Progress Living.

The Contract is for the provision of an external partner to develop and deliver a structured Leadership Development Programme for Directors, Heads of Service and senior managers, approximately 50 leaders in total (the "Services") as per the attached specification. Bidders should refer to the Specification at Appendix 1 for further details of Progress Housing Group's requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contract. Bidders are strongly encouraged to review the Specification in detail to gain a full understanding of the proposed Contract and Progress Housing Group's requirements. The Contract will be for a period of 3 years and will then be a rolling contract until terminated. A minimum of 12-weeks' notice by either party to be given in writing to terminate the contract.
