In broad terms, scope shall be:
• Provide Bonded Logistics for the provision of hardware and peripherals to PDS staff and customer staff.
• Provide for secure storage of same
• Provide for secure destruction of same
• Provide for reuse of same where deemed appropriate
• Deliver to agreed SLAs in line with ICT Service Provision to PDS staff and customers
This will be for a 3-year period prospectively starting 1 October 2025 to end 31 September 2028, with termination for convenience of 3-months available throughout, and including a 3-month handover period for the existing supplier if necessary.

The framework will be for the delivery of a mobile and desktop based social media management solution. This will enable police force operators to control all their social media channels in one place, in a safe secure and auditable way, to post engaging content with their audiences and manage all inbound contact directly through the solution.
Previously referred to as National Policing Proactive Information and Recording Management Solution (NP2IRM). This procurement is for a single supplier Framework Agreement (6-10 years) providing an interoperable ICT solution for organisations within proactive investigations/operations.

Consultation is expected to inform PDS on supplier interest/capability. Draft requirements will be shared with suppliers who meet the security and qualification requirements.
