Oxford Direct Services (ODS) is seeking applications from suppliers who can carry out painting and repairs to properties within Oxfordshire. Only those suppliers whose applications are successful and included on the framework will be given the opportunity to compete for the business. Being on the framework gives you the opportunity to compete for business but does not guarantee that you will successful in obtaining business. The contract will be divided into two lots:-. 1. Provision of Painting works 2. Provision of Repair works

ODS has a requirement for Customer insight and communication software, which will allow more professional interactions with tenants and creating efficiencies.

The requirement is to provide health and safety support for construction related activities primarily aimed at the provision of Inspection, audit, and support in CDM compliance in both activities and documentation with wider construction related support such as noise and vibration monitoring and assessment as required. This is required on an average of 6 days monthly over a 24 month period. The total number of days requested is 144 over the 24 month period

Oxford Direct Services (ODS) is seeking applications from suppliers who can supply and install floor coverings such as vinyl and carpet products as required to occupied and void properties within Oxfordshire. The successful contractor would be expected to perform to contract KPI's as set out with in this tender document and subsequent contract. Only those suppliers whose applications are successful and included on the framework will be given the opportunity to compete for the business. Being on the framework gives you the opportunity to compete for business but does not guarantee that you will successful in obtaining business.

The successful Provider will be required to provide Window Cleaning Services at the buildings listed in the Pricing Schedule. The frequency of cleaning is quarterly (April / July /October/January). ODS may also require yearly services for some properties. Please see Appendix C - Pricing Schedule for more details. It should be noted that the property portfolio is transient. As such it is likely to change during the term of this contract. The contract manager shall be entitled to add or delete properties with mutual agreement

ODS is looking to call-off from the ESPO Framework (301_22) for Liquid Fuels to cover the supply of liquid fuel requirements (petrol and diesel).

ODS runs various ground-works and highways operations which produce Category A Waste which is transferred to our facility at Marsh Road which requires regular emptying on a weekly basis. We do not have the facility to split the waste for storage within our facility. We also require direct collection from project sites which will be within a forty mile radius of Oxford. Furthermore, we will require the option for the provision of tipping and recycling facilities to process waste transported by others. We work collaboratively with Oxfordshire County Council and will require the arrangements contained in this contract to be available to them.

Consultancy for mapping process and efficiency identification across services

Oxford Direct Services (ODS) provide highway maintenance and minor civils services to Oxford City Council, Oxfordshire County Council and private customers. Projects will be dealt with on an individual basis. 1. The Works comprise of asphalt surfacing and material supply for works on the highway or private land. The works will include machine lay asphalt surfacing 2. Traffic Management to be provided by the Contractor unless informed otherwise. 3. Road markings will be replaced by others. 4. From time to time, night working will be required. For the purpose of this contract night working will be defined as the period between 19:00 and 07:00 hours. 5. There is no guarantee of the volume of work required across the Term of this Contract. 6. All Works are to be constructed to British Standards as set out in Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB).

Purchase of an mobile application, tailored to ODS, to aid communication with our frontline workforce and to provide them with access to company messages, and systems, e.g. HR software through either a company or personal mobile and with single sign on (SSO) functionality.

Oxford Direct Services (ODS) has extended the original contract using the available twelve month extension.

Specialist Health and Safety Solicitors to provide services including: Strategic assistance Document reviews Legal Advice

Advice on FOIA and/or EIR obligations and compliance in respect of actual or proposed related publications, information requests, internal reviews and disclosures. Support with the development of training and related materials and/or its delivery Support with the review or preparation of, or updates to, policy documentation and/or documented processes

• Automated API Control: Integration of control units for remote operation of floodlights at selected facilities. • Secure Access Codes: Generation of unique access codes for users booking specific sites, enabling secure, convenient access. • Link to Bookings/Subscriptions: Access codes and floodlight control will be directly linked to individual users' bookings or subscriptions for selected facilities. • Automatic Email Notifications: When a user books a facility equipped with a smart key-code access point and floodlighting, they will automatically receive a unique access code via email. • Floodlight Activation: The floodlights at these facilities will activate automatically if required by the booking

To provide general and construction related advice, guidance and support to ODS for all relevant departments. To include: • Site audits and inspections on ODS construction sites and report writing. • Support the Construction and Building Services Health and Safety Advisor in their duties as required. • Support the ODS Construction and Engineering Team on aspects of compliance through advice/guidance/training as required. • Support the wider ODS business and in house health and safety team on construction and safety related matters as required. • Assist in the development of construction related site compliance documents and construction phase plans. • Advise and support construction site and contract manager development as identified throughout he contract period.

1. Technically Competent Manager Support To provide Technically Competent Manager (TCM) support to assist the ODS TCMs with Environment Permitted Operations in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Permitting Regulations. To include: • Site attendance • Weekly TCM inspection report. • Liaison with the Environmental Agency. • Waste advice in relation to ODS operations, including waste exemption. • Training and mentoring. 2. CIWM/WAMITAB Assessing To assess candidates in Level 3 and 4 Waste Management Operator Qualifications. 3. Health, Safety and Environmental Support To offer health, safety, and environmental support to include: • Providing advice and guidance, including telephone support. • Reviewing arrangements in line with ISO accreditations - policies, standards, procedures, and processes. • Creating and updating documents relating to Health, Safety and Environmental arrangements. • Conducting site inspection and the reporting of compliance against company standards. • Assisting with ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001 internal / external audits. • Assisting with accident investigation.
