Oxford Brookes University (the University) invites companies with operations within Oxfordshire only to tender for the moves, site clearance and vacation of the Wheatley campus. The staff and teaching will move to the New Headington Hill Buildings (NHHB) opening in September 2024 and the wider Headington campus. We are looking for a supplier with operations within Oxfordshire with strong local connections with local schools, charity organisations and recycling companies to aid in the reuse or recycling of unwanted items and ensuring as little as possible is sent to landfill. In order to support the skills and investment of local businesses as well as local recruitment, the University is only asking for bids from companies based in Oxfordshire. The supplier will also need to have a good understanding of local traffic conditions between campuses as well as the companies they will be using to distribute unwanted items to using the best possible ways to aid with the reduction of carbon emissions.
The University is seeking a qualified supplier to provide a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) system. This system will be used for scientific research involving both patient and non-patient groups, as well as for teaching and demonstration purposes. The TMS system will play a crucial role in research, teaching and for demonstration purposes. The supplier will be responsible for the installation, with regular servicing, and maintenance of the system as a desirable aspect, and will also provide occasional support for integration with other research equipment (such as interfacing with EEG, delivery of TMS pulse based on stimulus properties).

The University requires a supplier to provide a comprehensive, end-to-end service for the secure production and distribution of physical Higher Education certificates and electronic transcripts.
Key Requirements:
Print and Fulfillment: Securely print and globally mail approximately 8,000 to 14,000 high-security physical certificates annually, complete with necessary security features, a generic letter, and a branded board backed envelope. Bulk post to partner organisations and the possibility of posting batches already in their envelopes with letters and certificates directly to the University. All the above within a 10-working-day SLA.
Online Portal: Provide a secure online portal enabling:
Students: To log in, view, download (PDF), and securely share their electronic transcripts with third parties (e.g., employers) for a minimum of five years.
Staff: To log in, view student lists, and manage/edit student details.
E-Certificate: possibility of adding e-certificates to the contract either at the start or in the future.
Data Security: Strict adherence to UK-GDPR and DPA 2018 for all data storage, handling, and secure processes.
Strategic Alignment: Demonstrated commitment to supporting the University's environmental sustainability goals, social value commitments, and the 2040 Carbon Net Zero target.
Management Information Reporting: Provide detailed monthly Management Information (MI) reports on stock levels, print volumes, costs, dispatch performance, and technical issues.

Oxford Brookes University, through its Directorate of Sport & Active Wellness, invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the establishment of a long-term partnership to supply and manage University-branded sports apparel and merchandise.
The existing contract expires on 31st December 2025. The University requires a new contract to commence from the start of the 2026/27 academic year (September 2026). The contract will be for a minimum period of five (5) years. The awarded supplier will need to attend University events such as Freshers Week (towards the end of September each year) and arrange ad hoc sample sessions and pop-up shops at the Brookes Centre for Sport & Active Wellness, Sports Fair and Varsity / key BUCS fixture weeks.
