The Facilities Management provider would play a key role in supporting OS to deliver the sustainability commitments. It is key that the provider shares the OS sustainable aspirations.
OS are looking for an FM provider who will act in collaboration with OS, providing assistance, flexibility, advice, guidance and problem solving ability to ensure that the building is running optimally at all times. OS requires a provider that will go above and beyond as part of this provision, using initiative to enhance the service offering, not necessarily be governed by the explicit detail within the contract.
The principal service required from this contract is the delivery of specific reviews in the internal audit programme to time and within budget in accordance with the OS internal audit methodology to support the annual Head of Audit and Risk opinion and assurance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and OS Audit & Risk Committee (OSARC) at the end of the financial year.

OS has appointed a Broadcast Public Relation agency to support the in-house PR team in delivering successful consumer broadcast campaigns. The agency will work with the in-house team to develop and deliver campaigns (estimated 2-3 per year) supporting the consumer business unit, including product launches, research results and increasing brand awareness around key milestones and events such as Christmas, Map Reading Week and National Get Outside Day. There will also be additional ad-hoc national and regional public relations support required for book launches, consumer partnerships and to leverage OS brand ambassadors.
The agency will be responsible for delivering a complete range of Broadcast Public Relations services. This includes developing creative and strategic concepts that are tailored to OS’s target audiences and designed to strengthen the brand’s presence across television, radio, and podcasts.
