This contract is for the provision of a retained service for specialist financial planning support services to assist with the effective use of Brixx financial planning software. The objective is to ensure that the software is utilised to its full potential for the production of long-term financial plans, regulatory returns, and as an ongoing business tool for forecasting performance, borrowing, and liquidity requirements.
In addition to the above service retainer, this contract also includes the provision of the 'Abovo Rent Model'. All costs relating to the provision of both services are defined in the contact schedule below.
This contract is for the provision of Treasury management advice. The Contractor will be required to provide strategic and operational support, and similar services, to the client, relating to the management of its treasury function, ensuring financial resilience, effective funding arrangements, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The contracted services include, but are not limited to the provision of day-to-day treasury management advice relating to borrowing transactions, financial risk management, and the development of treasury policy and strategy.
The Contractors (Contract Services) Framework is to include a repair and maintenance function, minor construction works, works relating to offices and private/public building and housing as well as essential adaptations where necessary to give disabled people better freedom of movement into and around their homes and to give access to essential facilities within the home.
To appoint an Employers Agent to administer the contract and all post contract duties thereafter.
