One Vision Housing looking to engage with prospective suppliers through a Soft Market testing/Early Market Engagement process by inviting expressions of interest in the form of a Soft Market Testing Questionnaire for the provision of Property Valuations Report.
This report should provide the latest information on new housing supply, the profile and drivers of demand and detailed pricing data for the market around the development site. The report should also provide the market context to inform land acquisition, land strategy and planning related decisions. The site appraisal report and system capabilities should include the following key areas; Development Market, Pricing of Housing across Local Area, Demand, Affordability and Rental Market.

The purpose of the Retrofit services is to comply with PAS 2035 and draw down Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy - Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund - Wave 2 funds in conjunction with Liverpool City Region and matched funded by One Vision Housing and as such should meet the requirements for the funding.
Retrofit Assessments (per property - incl. house, flat and bungalows) to include but not exhaustive;
-energy assessment
-condition report
-ventilation assessment
-occupancy assessment
-risk assessment
-significance survey
Retrofit Coordination (per property) to include;
-Provide report identifying recommended measures; technical survey by competent operatives and sent to co-ordinator on PAS Hub.
-Design completed by Co-ordinator/designer and approved on PAS Hub.
-Installation of EEMs by install company - co-ordination, support.
-Coordinator post approval on PAS Hub.
-Coordinator lodgement on Trustmark.
-Trustmark certificates produced and issued.

One Vision Housing (OVH) are seeking quotes from suitably accredited providers for the supply of Aid and Adaptation equipment used in Wet Room Refurbishments. Some examples of the higher usage items are listed below;
-Electric Showers
-Grab Rails
-Curtain Rails
-Heavy Duty Shower Curtains
-Waste Units
As well as the supply of the equipment, OVH require the successful provider to carry out an initial survey of the property prior to issuing any equipment. The completed survey will then be sent to OVH for approval and an order will be placed for the equipment once agreed.
