The Contract will principally comprise litter picking, grass cutting and leaf collection landscape maintenance services to existing properties and common landscaped areas throughout Renfrewshire to the ‘Linstone Grass’ areas detailed within the Landscape Architects tender drawings. The Contract may also include tree maintenance services, tree and stump removal works, and repairs to existing damaged grass areas.
The Contract, as tendered, only includes properties and landscaped areas throughout Linwood, Johnstone and Paisley. However, Linstone Housing also provide services to their customers in Bridge of Weir, Renfrew, Elderslie and Kilbarchan, and additional properties or landscaped areas throughout Renfrewshire may be introduced by Linstone Housing during the Contract.
The commencement date for the Measured Term Contract is currently estimated to be 19th April 2021 and the completion date is April 2024.
Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, which will be assessed through measurement of the Key Performance Indicator’s (Refer Tender Document F), it is intended that the Contract will be extended on an annual basis by a maximum of two further years until 2026. Orders for future landscape maintenance services may be placed by Linstone Housing during Years Four and Five, or at any point until expiry of the Measured Term Contract (maximum of five years from the date of entering into the Contract).
One Housing Group are looking to appoint a single Service Provider to deliver both window cleaning and gutter clearance services at One Housing properties in London and South East England. Window cleaning services will be required at 84 buildings and gutter clearance at 206 buildings; further details as to the locations/type of building are included in the tender documents. It is however anticipated that the scope of the contract may change during the contract term as One Housing Group's partnership with the Riverside Group progresses. As of 1st December 2021, One Housing Group will be joining the Riverside Group as a subsidiary of that business for a period of up to 2 years, following which the two organisations will integrate into a single housing association. Additional properties may therefore be added in to the scope of this contract in order to maximise the efficiency of delivering these services across the property portfolio in the Contract Area.
Linstone Housing, by engaging this Stock Condition Survey, are seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Architect (the Consultant) that can build on the quality and accuracy of the Association’s existing Stock Condition Survey information, improve the quality of existing asset data, provide comprehensive information of the condition of the Association’s properties and identify appropriate packages of work/phasing of future repairs, replacement, improvement and maintenance projects.
The term of the contract will initially be for a three year (thirty-six month) period and subject to the successful completion of the initial three year period the contract may be extended up to a further three years on the basis of an optional two year extension followed by a final one year extension.

One Housing Group is conducting this procurement through the open procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years subject to satisfactory performance by the service provider against agreed key performance indicators, with options to extend.
Linstone Housing are seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of Responsive Repair and Voids Property Works Maintenance services with a suitably experienced and qualified Service Provider. It is envisaged that the Contract will commence not later than Friday 1st April 2022 and will operate for a maximum of two years (with the option of annual 12 month extensions up to a maximum of a further three years) and will be delivered throughout Renfrewshire. The estimated value of the Two Year Contract is 1200000 GBP and the estimated annual value of each 12 month optional extension is 600000 GBP. The total estimated value for the potential five year length of the contract is 3000000 GBP (inclusive of the three twelve month optional extensions).
