The One Housing Group invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisation in relation to the contract for the provision of fire safety/waking watch service. One Housing Group is conducting the procurement through the restricted procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract will be for an initial term of 2 years subject to satisfactory performance by the service provider against agreed key performance indicators, with options to extend. Please note the contract terms will be available at a later stage.

One Housing Group invites expression of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver Fire Remedials & Fire Equipment Service and Maintenance. The Contract is being tendered in two Lots: Lot 1 - Fire Remedials - Estimated total contract value £35,000,000 Lot 2 - Fire Equipment Service and Maintenance - Estimated total contract value - £5,000,000 Tenderers can submit a tender for Lot 1 and / or Lot 2 but it is only possible for a tenderer to be awarded one. One Housing Group is conducting this procurement through the open procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years subject to satisfactory performance by the service provider against agreed key performance indicators, with options to extend. TUPE may apply for both Lot 1 & Lot 2. There is currently no available TUPE information. Detailed information to follow. TUPE data will only be available subject to completion of the TUPE confidentiality declaration. One Housing Group reserves the right not to award a contract. Neither One Housing Group nor any person on whose behalf of whom this procurement is undertaken is to be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest or tendering for this contract.

One Housing Group are looking to appoint a single Service Provider to deliver both window cleaning and gutter clearance services at One Housing properties in London and South East England. Window cleaning services will be required at 84 buildings and gutter clearance at 206 buildings; further details as to the locations/type of building are included in the tender documents. It is however anticipated that the scope of the contract may change during the contract term as One Housing Group's partnership with the Riverside Group progresses. As of 1st December 2021, One Housing Group will be joining the Riverside Group as a subsidiary of that business for a period of up to 2 years, following which the two organisations will integrate into a single housing association. Additional properties may therefore be added in to the scope of this contract in order to maximise the efficiency of delivering these services across the property portfolio in the Contract Area.
