Oldham Council commissions with CQC registered external provider to deliver supported living services for people with complex mental health needs in their own home environment
Oldham Council is looking to engage a supplier who can deliver the printing function of the organisation and will co-ordinate all the Council print requirements, ensuring brand compliance.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Sheet fed litho and digital print
• Web litho print
• Large format
• Transactional print
• Artwork
• Creative Design
• Promotional items
It is a requirement that the supplier will advise officers within the Council on the best and most cost-effective way to produce their print and ensure that all jobs are delivered on time in accordance to requirements at placement of order.
Oldham Council as the Contracting Authority seeks to appoint a contractor for the restoration/refurbishment works for the Grade 2 listed Prudential Building located in Oldham town centre. The Main Works in summary comprise; the restoration and refurbishment of the Grade 2 Listed former Prudential Assurance building to provide high quality flexible workspace solutions. Physical works will include façade restoration, new windows, roof replacement, formation of a glazed atrium, replaster, timber repair/ replacement, new lift restoration and/or replacement of fittings/ finishes and all new mechanical and electrical services. The estimated net construction value is £8.6m. The estimated start on site date is end August 2023 with Practical Completion by end October 2024. Oldham Council provides many services to serve the residents of the borough, 2 of which are a bulky waste collection service and the Local Welfare Provision (LWP) scheme.
The bulky waste collection service is a statutory duty collecting from domestic households in
Oldham and the LWP scheme is to provide support to meet short term emergency/immediate supports needs of vulnerable residents and also to assist vulnerable residents to establish or maintain a home in the community.
The Council wish to combine these 2 contracts and offer residents a holistic service offer.
The Greater Manchester CCIN members leading this Policy Lab are looking for a research / consultancy partner from CCIN’s Dynamic Purchasing System to support the delivery of the Policy Lab.

The Service in this contract comprises of the supply, installation and maintenance of Vehicle
Actuated Signs (VAS) and associated works on the highway within the boundary of Oldham

Accessible Oldham is a package of measures to transform the accessibility and connectivity to and around Oldham Town Centre by all modes as part of an ambitious vision and development strategy for investment in the Town Centre.
Oldham Council and Rochdale MBC seek to appoint a specialist contractor to deliver erection, maintenance and removal for the Festive Illuminations displays for districts within the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham and Rochdale in their entirety.
The purpose of the project is to deliver a reliable and safe seasonal decorations display for the Boroughs including successful switch-on ceremonies (where required). It is also required that the displays are installed and removed to programme in a careful manner, whilst minimising disruption to traffic and the general public.
