The supply of audio/visual (a/v) equipment.

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to specify Ofqual's requirements to Tenderers interested in tendering for the contract for a UKAS-accredited certification body to carry out the recertification audits for certification against ISO 27001, and subsequent annual assessments for the duration of the contract.

We are looking to outsource out Comms Studio and we are looking for facilities that include the following:- - 25 square metres (current studio is 5.9m x 4.15m excluding the storage cupboards opposite) - sound-proof studio to ambient noise level of 20dB or less, including wall-mounted sound attenuation panels (that we can provide) - access-controlled door to studio (specific sizing to allow bulky items to be moved in & out) - independently and manually controlled lighting (no motion-sensitive activation) - secure storage area within the room that has no floor panels to enable flight case roll-in, with shelving from shoulder height to ceiling - floor boxes (double power) in secure storage area - multiple floor boxes spread across floor - natural light (if space allows filming) would be a big preference, with the ability to add black-out blinds/curtains being hugely beneficial - the location should be Coventry or very near Coventry

Ofqual requires a UKAS Accredited Certification Body to carry out the necessary assessments of the organisation's Information Security Management System (ISMS) against the ISO 27001:2022 International Standard. This will include a transition assessment in March or April 2025, and a full assessment in June 2025. The successful tenderer will also carry out annual assessments during the three-year certification period

From time to time, Ofqual requires adjustments to the office workspace to accommodate changing or new requirements. This could include installing features to provide better working conditions, changes to office layouts or meeting rooms, or relocation of parts or all of the organisation. The nature of the work that the appointed supplier will be required to support Ofqual with the recruitment of participants for focus groups and interviews. The supplier will need to be able to source participants to the specific requirements of the individual projects (see specification for details) and arrange meetings on Ofqual's behalf. They will not be expected to attend meetings or handle any data collected in the meetings.

Ofqual's requirements are spread across four Lots for Occupational Health Services (Lot One), Employee Assistance Programme (Lot Two) and Workplace Assessment Services. Workplace Assessment Services will be split into Workplace ergonomic furniture assessment and supply (Lot 3) and Workplace Assistive Technology assessment and supply (Lot 4). We are looking for Bidders interested in bidding for the contract for British Sign Language (BSL) translation requirements, including consultations and other information relating to exams and assessments. Ofqual is seeking a supplier who will be able to produce, as and when needed, specified Ofqual communications in British Sign Language (BSL). Since 2020, we have produced BSL versions of a number of documents aimed at a student audience. Previous examples include the Student Guide to post-16 qualification results that was published in summer 2020, and the series of videos supporting the first consultation on GCSE BSL assessment arrangements. We intend to produce similar types of videos in 2025 and future years, and are looking to appoint a supplier for 2 years in the first instance, on a call-off contract. Other central Government departments, such as The Department for Education, may also choose to commission similar work via this call-off contract.

Ofqual communications are seeking a comprehensive social and media monitoring platform that combines three core capabilities: social media management (including listening across major platforms and forums with sentiment analysis, crisis alerts, content scheduling and publishing and performance analytics), 24/7 media monitoring (providing immediate alerts and cuttings from all national, regional, local and broadcast media, including full access to paywalled publications), and media management tools (with up-to-date journalist databases, distribution list functionality and detailed analytics covering sentiment, reach and share of voice). The solution must include a dedicated account manager and training, provide both historical data access for year-on-year comparisons, have the ability to generate visual reports, all whilst maintaining reliable service standards.
