Oadby & Wigston Borough Council has appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures (excluding fossil fuels) to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) of a number of domestic properties located within the Oadby & Wigston Borough.
