Orbit is seeking to source a suitable single provider/broker to cover and manage Orbit's Insurance requirements. The provider should be able to cover at a minimum the insurance services marked with a * below and ideally, all lines of insurance. However, where this is not possible, options will be reviewed. Tender submissions will be sought from service providers for Insurance Policies for Orbit to commence on 1st April 2026. Orbit requires the contract to be provided on a 3 + 2 + 2 year long term agreement with provision of a claim's performance bonus or risk management fund for Orbit. The policy will then renew annually from 1st April every subsequent year of cover. All full premiums are required to be quoted on an annual basis, confirm where rates are guaranteed and for how long, be net of commission and all discounts, IPT and VAT where applicable must be shown separately but also included. Any brokerage fees should be noted separately but also included. Any commissions or brokerage fees should be made explicitly clear and subject to prior agreement of Orbit. Grounds maintenance services across multiple sites in the Midlands.

Duct Cleaning of Communal Ventilation Systems at 4 Orbit locations. Contract is for the one-off delivery cleaning with a new contract for future cleaning to be procured.

Licences and support, Workforce management software. This has been in use in Orbit, primarily in Customer Care, for c.4years. The software enables efficient and intelligent workforce planning, scheduling and management of leave, personal development etc. It also facilitates use self-service, leave requests etc. It is integral to running an efficient and effective contact centre operation.

E-learning modules/content designed specifically for the housing sector

Supplier to conclude tree surveys at Orbit sites in the Midlands and Stratford Upon Avon. This is to include the inspection of Orbit tree stocks at these locations, tagging of trees and formulation of a detailed survey record.

IT platform design & data model solution including health monitoring and support.

Completion of lightning protection inspection/maintenance/servicing at Orbit's schemes within the South-East, London, Eastern England, West Midlands and East Midlands. Includes the reporting of outcomes and supply of necessary certification.

Providing Out of Hours Emergency cover for Orbit Homes Limited. Covering calls during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays that are classed as an Emergency. The service will operate at the following times: Monday to Friday 1700 to 0830; Saturday and Sunday All Day; Bank Holidays All Day.

The commercial agent will undertake the day to day management of Orbit's commercial portfolio in the South. This will include lease management, rent collection, rent review, lease renewal, new lettings and related reporting.
