Nuclear Restoration Services Ltd (NRS) are seeking to appoint a provider for the supply, maintenance and service desk support of an Enterprise Asset Management system (the “EAM System”). The system will provide: - Out of the box functionality for standard asset management processes, supporting the ISO55000 series standards. - Adherence to our Functional and Non-functional Requirements including security, accessibility and performance targets, as set out within Appendix 9 of this ITP; - Provision and installation of the asset management system onto a cloud based network available to NRS; - Ongoing technical support, including a Service Desk, frequent updates and patching; - Access to pre-existing and updated training content for out of the box asset management functionality; - Provision of appropriate training to the NRS team on system administration and maintenance processes (including workflow configuration and new reporting) to enable NRS to be an intelligent customer for the System integrator selected in Tender 2; - Appropriate and professional support in assuring that the system is capable of meeting our functional requirements; and - Work with a system integrator (to be tendered separately and following the award of this contract) to support programme delivery. - The supplier must provide a clear exit plan and detail how Authority owned data will be returned back to the Authority and the data removed and securely destroyed from the proposed solution as well as that of any partners. There is a requirement to remediate the floor of an exisiting building to achieve a uniform and level surface, using an expoxy resin, such that it is suitable for use by a large, Powered Pallet Truck (PPT). The self-levelling epoxy resin surfacing is to be capable of resisting repeated usage by the PPT and bearing pressures beneath its wheels of 15N/mm2. It is anticipated that the existing floor surface will need to be reduced in height in some areas and filled in other areas in order to achieve the target level agreed in the contract.

Reserved Procurement - Framework Agreement for the Provision of Scaffolding Services (2026-2030)
Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) Limited (Dounreay) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to provide scaffolding services to support minor projects on the Dounreay Site with a single Contractor.
For the purposes of clarity, "minor projects" is defined as call-off contracts up to a value of £200k. The £200k is a guidance and it is recognised that call-off contracts in excess of this value may be awarded through this Framework Agreement.
The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be up to 4 years (2+1+1) from March 2026 to February 2028 with the option to extend for a further 1+1 years following a formal performance review.
The estimated value of call-off contract that may be placed through the Framework Agreement for the four year duration is £4M, however, NRS Limited (Dounreay) does not commit to any guarantee of any volume of work or any specific projects being awarded by call-off contracts via this Framework Agreement.
The scope of works shall consist of the following activities;
Provision of labour, to include at least one advanced scaffolder within each task team;
Scaffolding and other equipment;
Production of method statements and risk assessments including assessments for working at height;
Provision of Personnel Protective Equipment;
Provision of classified workers for activities in controlled areas;
Provision of airline suit trained workers for activities in radiologically contaminated areas;
Design of scaffolding, where required, with design justification being undertaken by third party specialists;
Erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding;
Inspections of scaffolding with use of Scafftage system.

Inspect, calculate and determine the structural integrity of the PFR Turbine Hall and SGB structural steel frames to close out ONR Actions. Provide a methodology for maintenance and repairs, if any, that are required to ensure both areas are suitable for continued use.
NRS are seeking to put in place a Professional Services Contract with a supplier for the provision of two Pension Trustee Directors with investment expertise. This is in relation to NRS’ legacy Defined Benefits pension scheme and its Corporate Trustee Board. Reserved Procurement - Provision of an Onsite Minibus Service
Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) Limited (Dounreay) is seeking to establish a Contract to provide an Onsite Minibus Service.
The duration of the Contract shall be two years from April 2026 to March 2028.
The scope of works shall consist of the following activities;
Provision of a daily minibus service to transport Occupational Health Department pass holders and flexi time workers from an offsite carpark to several locations on-site at in-muster and a return journey at out-muster. There is no requirement for the service every third Friday. One minibus is required to carry out this service.
During periods of bad weather, the minibus service shall be available to transport other employees to and from the off-site car parks.
In addition to the fixed daily runs the Contractor shall provide transportation for site tours on an ad-hoc basis.

NRS is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the following activities:
- Collection / delivery of various goods to locations throughout the United Kingdom.
- The Contractor is to ensure as far as is reasonably practical that transport moves are optimised, minimising unoccupied loading capability.
