Nottingham Trent University is seeking a framework agreement of executive recruitment agencies to provide an efficient and cost-effective range of Executive Search and Resourcing Services to the University, as and when required. The Executive Search and Resourcing Service will predominantly cover open ended (permanent) positions but may also include interim positions. The University currently operates a separate framework agreement for the use of search and select agencies for job roles graded A-J subject to the National Framework Agreement. As such these roles are excluded from this tender.

The University has a commitment to protect its staff and property. Emphasis is therefore placed on the character and background of individuals. The Supplier shall ensure candidates are fully screened before their details are provided to the University as potential candidates to ensure no conflicts of interests and/or disqualifications, where relevant. The Supplier shall confirm in writing that all necessary pre-employment checks have been made prior to placement. For example, and not limited to eligibility to work in the UK, disclosure of criminal convictions, professional registration where this is an essential requirement of the job role.

Nottingham Trent University is seeking Tenders from Suppliers who are capable of providing consultancy and data analysis services to support with the University's understanding of key drivers of graduate outcomes. NTU has an aspiration to be the most digitally sophisticated University in the UK by 2025. With over 40,000 students and colleagues spanning five university sites, Nottingham Trent University (NTU) is one of the largest and most influential higher education institutions in the country. Colleagues who support and improve digital student services are often focused on specific services, processes, or digital products. There has been a siloed approach to implementing software with multiple products serving similar purposes with different schools having autonomy to implement what they want. No holistic approach has been taken to designing the end-to-end digital student experience. We would like to outsource this project to an agency experienced in customer digital experience to support our work on this. This work will form part of a wider project which will go on to improve the digital experience of our students. This will be through a combination of new and existing digital projects.

The University is looking to award a contractual agreement for the Provision of Taxi Services to a proactive and progressive operator who is able to support the transportation of University staff, students, visiting guest and other dignitaries on an ad-hoc basis. The highest quality of transport and service is expected, in order to reflect the University's reputation and prestige. The expected journeys may be within the Nottingham and/or Nottinghamshire boundary travelling between the University's five different campuses or work premises, to visiting any neighbouring locations, railway stations and including UK international airports. NTU having five campuses geographical located across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, the University wishes to rationalise the number of appointed suppliers to a single supplier who has the operational capabilities of providing the required taxi services across the University's five campuses with the provision of airport transfer services. In driving efficiency within the booking process, the appointed supplier will be expected to support with the implementation of a booking platform permitting for a single sign-on access.

This specification is for the supply and installation of specialist studio systems to include studio production lighting, studio engineering, audio, video and communications infrastructure. At this stage of the project the work primarily involves infrastructure with the equipment being supplied under a separate contract closer to the end of the project.
