Nottingham Trent University is seeking a framework agreement of executive recruitment agencies to provide an efficient and cost-effective range of Executive Search and Resourcing Services to the University, as and when required. The Executive Search and Resourcing Service will predominantly cover open ended (permanent) positions but may also include interim positions. The University currently operates a separate framework agreement for the use of search and select agencies for job roles graded A-J subject to the National Framework Agreement. As such these roles are excluded from this tender.

Colleagues who support and improve digital student services are often focused on specific services, processes, or digital products. There has been a siloed approach to implementing software with multiple products serving similar purposes with different schools having autonomy to implement what they want. No holistic approach has been taken to designing the end-to-end digital student experience. We would like to outsource this project to an agency experienced in customer digital experience to support our work on this. This work will form part of a wider project which will go on to improve the digital experience of our students. This will be through a combination of new and existing digital projects.

The University is looking to award a contractual agreement for the Provision of Taxi Services to a proactive and progressive operator who is able to support the transportation of University staff, students, visiting guest and other dignitaries on an ad-hoc basis. The highest quality of transport and service is expected, in order to reflect the University's reputation and prestige. The expected journeys may be within the Nottingham and/or Nottinghamshire boundary travelling between the University's five different campuses or work premises, to visiting any neighbouring locations, railway stations and including UK international airports. NTU having five campuses geographical located across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, the University wishes to rationalise the number of appointed suppliers to a single supplier who has the operational capabilities of providing the required taxi services across the University's five campuses with the provision of airport transfer services. In driving efficiency within the booking process, the appointed supplier will be expected to support with the implementation of a booking platform permitting for a single sign-on access.

Boots Library back up power infrastructure Works

Nottingham Trent University is committed to providing high quality, high performing teaching, and collaboration spaces across all our sites. Working with our NTU Estates team, a new Postgraduate Centre (PGC) is being created in the Belgrave Centre, located on our City Campus. The main occupiers of the PGC will be Nottingham Business School (NBS). This reflects the need to manage the school's unprecedented growth in their Postgraduate intake. The project requires significant AV services to provide teaching, collaboration, and research spaces for the students. This is a large refurbishment project and will be site managed by the NTU Construction Services team.

Strip-out and dispose of old florescent light fittings and install replacement LED lighting in John Clare Lecture Theatre in accordance with the attached documentation.
