For the avoidance of doubt, NCHA will require the new contractor to take full liability for all works, pre and post appointment. Highfield Street is a development of 22 new homes (6no 2 bed houses, 6no 3 bed houses and 10no 1 bed maisonettes) with all 22 of the units marketed by NCHA Ltd for Affordable Rent.
