Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) will be inviting Soft market testing returns from organisations for the provision of Customer Image Capture. The purpose of this service is to enable NCHA to quickly and easily gather photographs from customers of repairs being reported. With the image being easily linked to the created job number within our MRI repairs platform. The photo must be accessible for our colleagues and be provided to our operative mobile devices in advance of a job being carried out. NCHA is looking to acquire a system for all our compliance needs covering areas such as; gas servicing, water safety, electrical safety, lifting equipment, fire safety, damp mould condensation, asbestos, radon. Our aim is to find a fully integrated system that includes; the use of electronic inspection certification, the capability to check certification validity and provide quality assurance, identify anomalies, be able to maintain actions through lifecycle (start to completion,) provide dashboards and compliance related reports which are accurate and in-time. We would be open to investigating the possibility of it being a one stop from scheduling to completion.

NCHA are looking to implement a new people management system, which includes an integrated applicant tracking system. The system should cover all digital processes relating to people management, payroll, recruitment and training records. We would also like to explore a financial accounting system, whether integrated into the same platform or as a separate product with integrated elements to streamline our processes. We hope to achieve the following desired outcomes: -Implementation of a full employee life cycle system that satisfies our organisational need. -Implementation of a financial accounting software, either fully integrated within a people management system or as a standalone system with integrated elements.
