The project is for the development and construction of a new campus for Northern Regional College constructed on the existing Coleraine Site at Union Street, Coleraine. The project will include the following works: — site clearance including removal of existing college buildings and associated service and drainage; — existing drainage and services diversions; — earthworks including cut/fill and removal of surplus excavated/unsuitable material; — construction of new fully serviced campus building; — site works and associated landscaping. The form of contract for pre-construction will be NEC4 Option A and for construction will be NEC4 Option C. Please refer to the procurement documents for further information. Northern Regional College (NRC) wishes to commission the services of a specialist organisation for the supply, delivery, offloading, siting, commissioning and installation including secure fixing, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations of two new CNC Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs) at Northern Regional College (NRC), Ballymena.

The project is the development and construction of a new campus for Northern Regional College constructed on the existing Ballymena Site at Farm Lodge. The project will include the following works: site clearance including phased removal of existing college buildings and associated services and drainage; existing drainage and services diversions; earthworks including cut/fill and removal of surplus excavated/unsuitable material; phased construction of new fully serviced campus building; site works and associated landscaping. The form of contract for pre-construction period will be NEC4 Option A and for the construction period will be NEC4 Option C. The project will be delivered to BIM Level 2. The project will consist of a phased approach of demolition and construction in order to deliver the new campus. The project will be delivered within a live fully operational environment. Northern Regional College (NRC) is a College of Further and Higher Education in Northern Ireland, with campuses serving the Coleraine, Ballymoney, Magherafelt, Ballymena, and Newtownabbey areas. NRC is now seeking to appoint a single service provider to supply cleaning, catering, vending and ancillary services. The Contractor shall manage all areas of the service delivery as detailed within the Specification Schedule at the expected performance levels defined. The Northern Regional College at Coleraine is a Further and Higher Education College. One of the specialisms of the Advanced Technologies Department is precision machining. This contract is for the supply, delivery, offloading, siting, installation including fixing securely position in accordance with manufacturers recommendations, of 7 Manual Centre Lathes and tooling accessories detailed in the Specification to the Machining Workshop at NRC (Northern Regional College) Coleraine.

NRC require a Supplier to assist the organisation in the following ways; strategic support, media relations, community relations and public consultation, event support, and performance management and reporting. The Supplier will be appointed for two years, with an option to extend for three further periods of up to 12 months each. The total maximum contract duration is therefore five years.
