Provision of a Weighbridge and Waste Disposal Service
The Housing Executive required a weighbridge and waste disposal service within a 4-mile radius of Housing Executive Direct (HED) response maintenance contracts within North and West Belfast.
The Contract is for the supply and delivery of printed materials to the Housing Executive across its buildings located throughout Northern Ireland. A full description was included in the tender documents.
01.81.1004 – MULTI ELEMENT IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO 109 DWELLINGS LOCATED IN THE CREGGAN AREA OF LONDONDERRY, CO DERRY – NORTH REGION
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) to carry out construction works, to address the long running concerns regarding the condensation, damp and mould of the internal environment of 109 dwellings in Creggan Heights. Creggan heights is the first phase of a potential programme of 247nr dwellings in total across 4 locations in Waterloo Place District, Derry City. The others being located in Rinmore Drive, Westway and Lone Moor Gardens / Cable Street / Westland, Derry City.(full details are contained within the Contract documents).
CT0149 - Professional Services in relation to Multi Element Improvement Works in Lower Ormeau Road, Belfast.
To appoint a suitably qualified and competent multi-disciplinary team to carry out services including, but not limited to survey, management of works on site, through to agreement of final account and defects period, in relation to MEI Works for Lower Ormeau Road, Belfast.
Provision of Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) for the evaluation of the energy efficiency schemes
The Housing Executive wishes to commission a suitably experienced independent
Contractor to undertake a quantitative evaluation of the Energy Efficiency Schemes and
provide credible and replicable reports in line with the requirements outlined in the
Specification document.
T1706– SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HOMEWARE AND HOME APPLIANCE BUNDLES
The Housing Executive requires a contract for the Supply and Delivery of Homeware and Home Appliance Bundles (Tenancy Starter Packs) for its new tenants who have experienced homelessness (and a small number of existing tenants by exception). The estimated number of households rehoused by the Housing Executive, and eligible for a Pack per our criteria, is circa 3,000 households per annum. This is not a guarantee of order but is a probable estimation of demand.

CT0145 - Provision of Professional Services in relation to Major Adaptation Works to dwellings for people with Disability - Belfast Region The Housing Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and competent multi-disciplinary professional services provider to carry out services including, but not limited to survey, management of works on site, through to agreement of final account and defects for NIHE dwellings requiring Major Adaptations works located in the Belfast Area. The primary objective of this procurement is for the appointment of a consultancy services to be provided to the NIHE for those properties within the Belfast region that require major adaptions works and services, the required level and range of consultancy services include, but not limited to, surveying, planning, design, costing, contact / project management of works contractors on site (who have been separately appointed by the NIHE), health and safety and defect resolution, through to agreement of final accounts. It is envisaged that the duration will be for 24 months The Employer has the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the completion date by such period(s) as the Employer sees fit provided that the completion date does not exceed 36 (thirty-six) months from the starting date.
The Housing Executive wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a hoarding support service that combines therapeutic and practical techniques to effectively and sustainably support Housing Executive tenants or members of their households who are affected by hoarding disorder.

T1707 Provision of a Skip Hire Service in the Coleraine Area
Tenders are invited for the provision of a skip hire service in the Coleraine Area as described in the Specification and in accordance with the Housing Executive’s Conditions of Contract included with the tender documents.
T1655 - Tender for the Provision of a Document Storage and Retrieval Service
The Housing Executive requires safe and secure offsite storage facilities for various types of Records in various formats e.g. reports, letters, case assessments, memos, messages, statistical forms, media storage. Records may be presented in boxes, files or in rolls. Records must be stored in a box at the Contractors facility. All storage of records is to be supported with a collection and delivery service, as well as possible destruction of identified records and the potential purchase of consumables. T1681A - Provision of Legal Services - Land and Regeneration Services Solicitors Panels 2024
The purpose of this procurement exercise is to establish two single member Solicitors Panels for Land and Regeneration Services to meet all of the requirements of the Housing Executive for external solicitors in connection with relevant land and property matters (“the Services” as defined in the Specification of Requirements). This requirement is being advertised in two lots which are; - Lot 1 - South Region Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel (“the South Region Panel”) and - Lot 2 - North Region Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel (“the North Region Panel”). Tenderers may apply for one or both Panels and must meet all of the selection criteria in respect of each and every Panel applied for. Lot 1 - South Region Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel has a Contract Period of 3 years, with an option to extend, entirely at the discretion of the Housing Executive, for any period(s) of up to and including 24 months. Estimated start date of this Panel is 01 January 2025. Lot 2 - North Region Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel has a Contract Period of 3 years, with an option to extend, entirely at the discretion of the Housing Executive, for any period(s) of up to and including 24 months. T1691 - Provision of Print and Distribution of Streets Ahead Magazine for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive
Tenders are invited for the development, print and distribution of 82,200 copies (approx.) of ‘Streets Ahead’ and ‘Quid’s In!’ magazines as described in the Specification and in accordance with the Housing Executive’s Conditions of Contract included with the Tender Documentation. Due to the nature and the interdependence of all aspects of the required Service, it is neither practical nor desirable to divide the proposed contract into lots. To do so would likely add unnecessary cost and risk.
