The Housing Executive carried out a Further Competition from Lot 1C of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework Agreement entitled RM6240 - Public Sector Legal Services which established a single member Solicitors Panel to meet all of the requirements of the Housing Executive in relation to Public Liability Claims throughout Northern Ireland.
Provision of Fuel Cards and Associated Services. This contract was awarded as a Call Off contract from the Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement entitled 'RM6186 - Fuel Cards and Associated Services VI'.
Please note the vast majority of spend via this contract will be for the fuel that is purchased via the Fuel Cards provided.
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive ("the Housing Executive") requires the services of a Retained Solicitor ("the Contractor") for a single member Ejectments and Debt Recovery Solicitors Panel ("the Panel") to cover the whole of Northern Ireland. Please note that although a Contract Award Notice is being used the Services required are exempt from the Procurement Act 2023 (The Act) as per Schedule 2 paragraph 14 of The Act. Therefore the Services being procured are not deemed 'Light Touch'.

The purpose of this contract and the service is to ensure that the Contracting Authority meets its statutory obligation as a landlord by carrying out planned preventative and responsive maintenance with a minimum of unplanned downtime or breakdowns, and to allow minor tasks/repairs to be carried out at short notice in respect of the Contracting Authority's passenger lifts, including a platform lift. The service is to provide servicing and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's passenger lifts in multi storey buildings, offices and other buildings across Northern Ireland. The Housing Executive requires a Contractor, or Contractors, for the supply and delivery of glass reinforced plastic (GRP) composite door sets. The items required are described in this Specification and the Pricing Schedules. There are 2 Lots.

Under this Procurement the Economic Operators will be required to support the Contracting Authority's social value objectives. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) to carry out construction works, to address the long running concerns regarding the condensation, damp and mould of the internal environment of 109 dwellings in Creggan Heights. Creggan heights is the first phase of a potential programme of 247nr dwellings in total across 4 locations in Waterloo Place District, Derry City.
