The Total Technology Solutions framework offers contracting authorities the ability to purchase ICT solutions from a range of market providers to include non-clinical hardware, software and services both in isolation or in any combination as part of a complete solution. The proposal is to re-tender the existing Framework Agreement for Pharmaceutical Services (NOE.535) due to expire June 2026.The over-arching aim is to provide an updated Framework Agreement to provide NHS Trusts, Mental Health Trusts, Community Trusts and ICS's with an effective and efficient route to market in support of the provision of Pharmaceutical Services. The re-tender will update the existing 4 Lots - On-site Dispensing Services, Off-Site Dispensing Services, Ward Order Assembly, and the Dispensing and Delivery of MCA's(Medical Compliance Aids). There will also be the inclusion of additional services - covering Pharmacist Consultation Services and Hub and Spoke dispensing models.

NOE CPC are developing a solution for Estates Decarbonisation and Energy Infrastructure, to include lots to enable an end to end support offering, including specialist independent service provision and totally managed solutions from early feasibility, funding approval and scheme delivery. The areas in scope with a lot structure to be finalised are a) Strategic Planning Support, b) Project Planning, Feasibility and Programme & Project Mgt, c) Funding Application Support, d) Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Schemes, e) Contract Management, reporting and audit services and f) Total Service Provision/Principle Partner solution. The aim is to engage specialist suppliers with decarbonisation experise in each of these specific areas and in the healthcare sector. This structure gives optimum flexibility to the NHS to contract for a full end to end service or specific services only depending on the size and scope of their plans.

The proposal is to re-establish an existing framework for the provision of Salary Sacrifice and Lease cars - employee contribution, including provision of the vehicles. In response to customer feedback, new services in scope include lease of vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and hire of vehicles up to 3.5 tonne. The vehicles will be viewed and ordered through a web-based online portal, that can be accessed for vehicle quotations, including for salary sacrifice and lease vehicles and include all personal tax and pension implications and in compliance with HMRC rules. Wrap around services including a help desk, insurance, and all maintenance and servicing of vehicles. For salary sacrifice a choice of lifestyle protections can be included to protect both the employee and the employer from changes in personal circumstances. The portal must calculate quotes tailored to the employee’s and contracting authorities requirements and in line with the employer’s policy rules and allowance calculation. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of GBP 18,700,000 throughout the duration of this framework agreement. Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply catering consumables and equipment to NHS Supply Chain depots via the Stocked/Blue diamond route or direct to customers via the eDirect/Direct route to market. The ranges of products available under the framework agreement include; Disposable and re-usable plates, bowls, cups and cutlery, Cooking Equipment & Food Transportation Systems. This framework agreement is for a total of 48 months. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of GBP 61,200,000 and GBP 87,240,000 throughout the duration of this framework agreement. However, this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement.

This will be a renewal of the previous NOECPC framework for the provision of radiopharmaceuticals and associated consumables; which over its lifetime had delivered a high level of service and supply throughout its duration. The framework will provide an one stop solution to assist Trusts with:<br/>— nuclear medicine therapy,<br/>— nuclear medicine diagnostic non-imaging,<br/>— nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging.

The framework agreement will consist of a range of products that are used to assist with the toileting of patients, collection of samples and aid the administration of procedures. The ranges of products available under the framework agreement include; Disposable Medical Pulp, Medical Pulp support products, Macerators, Bedpan Washers and Absorbent products for use with Medical Pulp. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of GBP 62 500 000 to GBP 125 000 000 throughout the duration of this framework agreement (including all extension periods).
