The service provision is to provide the following specialties: Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Gynaecology (including Menopause Services) and Gastroenterology across all eight North West London boroughs (Brent, Central London (Westminster), Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, West London (Kensington & Chelsea and Queens Park & Paddington).

This is a contract for the provision of a Personal Health Budget E-wallet system. The PHB discharge scheme supports timely hospital discharges by allowing acute providers access to an e-wallet to address non-clinical barriers (e.g. transport, bedding, cleaning), particularly for medically optimised patients on discharge pathways 0 and 1. Without this service, delays in discharge increase, impacting patient flow, bed availability, and overall system pressure - especially during peak demand periods such as winter. The contract started 01/09/2025 and will run until 31/03/2026 with the option to extend for a further 12 months.

The aim of the service is to provide a comprehensive patient-centred adult audiology service AQP which will include the provision of hearing aids for age related hearing loss (non-complex) in-line with national guidance (NICE) and local requirements for the patients registered with a GP practice within the boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hounslow, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. The contract period is for 3 years commencing on 24 May 2024 with an option to extend for 24 months (2 years).
