Contract for the provision of Building Management Systems Service & Maintenance and 24/7 Monitoring To provide efficient and effective annual maintenance and monitoring on the BMS systems for the Police and Fire service. Suppliers must be approved TTC's "Trend Technology Centres" or equivalent. Due to the nature and location of the systems, suppliers must be able to provide 24-hour technical support and a 2 hour on site response to the sites. The facilities department will work with the contractor to ensure we receive a high service level. With 49 sites in the region to cover.

Mae'r cytundeb yn debygol o ddechrau oddeutu 11 Mai 2023 a bydd yn parhau am gyfnod o 2 flynedd gyda'r dewis i'w ymestyn am 3 blynedd ychwanegol bob 12 mis. Mae gwybodaeth bellach a dogfennaeth ar gael ar System E-dendro Cyflenwad yr UE / Golau Glas ar https://Bluelight.eu-supply.com/ Dylai unrhyw gwestiynau gael eu codi drwy adran Negeseuon y Tendr. Noder na fydd unrhyw ohebiaeth yn cael ei roi tu allan i'r system. Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer ymatebion ydy dydd Gwener 14 Ebrill am 2pm.

All Surveys must be undertaken by bilingual interviewers, who are able to undertake surveys in Welsh and English equally. All surveys will be initiated in the language of preference if previously held by North Wales Police. The person being interviewed should be able to switch between Welsh and English as they require within the same call without the need to be called back or switch to a different interviewer. The requirements are laid out in the legislation as below.
