North Tyneside Council are procuring to secure a provider to deliver Group-Based Therapeutic Support (Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) Parenting) for Adopters - on behalf of Adopt North East, the Regional Adoption Agency. 3 blocks with 10 sessions per block each year.

North Tyneside Council (the Authority) are seeking the establishment of a framework agreement for supply, installation, and completion of level access showers and associated bathroom adaptations within occupied residential properties on behalf of the Authority. The works are to be carried out with minimal disruption to residents, in compliance with all relevant building regulations, statutory requirements, and the Authority's housing adaptation standards. The Authority funds and manages the provision of a range of adaptations for customers following an assessment of need carried out by an Occupational Therapist. Referrals are forwarded to the Adaptations & Loan Equipment Service (ALES) which is based at Killingworth Depot, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 6QQ. ALES administer and manage the provision in accordance with the Authority's Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) Home Adaptation and Relocation Assistance Policy. It should be noted that the works required will cover both DFG funded works and works in tenanted properties within the Authority's Housing stock where such work is funded by the Authority's housing spend.

Statutory monthly regulation 44 visits to North Tyneside Council Children's Homes and provision of a report following each visit, in line with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. Current volume is 8 children's homes x 12 visits per year (96 visits/reports).

North Tyneside Council (the 'Authority') is seeking tenders to enter into a framework agreement (Framework) for the delivery of pool plant maintenance services to its leisure centres (hereinafter referred to as the Works). The Works covers both routine planned maintenance and responsive repairs. The buildings are all located within the Borough of North Tyneside and their opening hours will vary due to the nature of their operation. Any restrictions and access to premises will be advised at the point of notification by the Authority and their representatives.

The works predominantly support the works of the Responsive Repairs team, and particularly the Condensation, Mould and Damp team. The current contract for supply of street light column mounted Christmas lights came to an end in 2025 and North Tyneside Council ( 'the Council') is seeking an experienced and qualified supplier to carry out the design, hire supply and services described in this invitation to tender a fixed term contract lasting 36 months plus two 12 months extensions, depending on tender submissions, commencing Christmas 2026. There are TEN core schemes that have been delivered in previous years. The Council would like to deliver these schemes for the duration of this contract. The contract will include the design and annual hire supply, delivery and return, maintenance and storage of the Christmas lights. The Council's street lighting provider will install the motifs.

North Tyneside Council (the 'Authority') is seeking tenders for the delivery of installation works to extractor fans and Positive Air Units (PAUs) to its domestic stock to support its condensation, damp and mould management programme. The Framework is for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for 2 further 12-month periods (potential 4 year contract). The work will be responsive with the successful tenderer ('Contractor') being responsible for making arrangements and attending to complete installations following identification and a survey being carried out by the in-house responsive repairs team.

North Tyneside Council (the Authority) are seeking the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of Minor Building Works and Disrepair Works (the Works) throughout the area to its housing stock. The Work is of a responsive nature, meaning that volumes can fluctuate throughout the year and there is no guarantee of volumes of work or consistent volumes of work. The Scope of Works includes housing repairs, damp works, garage repairs and repairs to fire damaged properties. There are three lots on the framework - Minor Works, Damp Works and Fencing. Contractors are able to bid for as many lots as they feel able to provide the services in.

Provide a maintenance of gym equipment in the Contours leisure facilities including, Hadrian, the Lakeside centre, Tynemouth Pool, Waves leisure centre and the Parks sports centre.
