North Tyneside Council is commissioning a fully integrated Domestic Abuse Service (IDAS) for an initial term of three years, with the option to extend for up to two further years. This service will deliver holistic, trauma-informed support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse - including both adults and children - regardless of protected characteristics, gender, or level of risk. The model will combine therapeutic and practical interventions that promote recovery, safety, empowerment, and long-term resilience. As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support to those affected by domestic abuse, North Tyneside Council is commissioning two separate contracts: Lot 1 - Domestic Abuse Support Service, Value £630,000 per annum: This contract will deliver an integrated model of community-based and accommodation-based support for adult victims and survivors of domestic abuse, including refuge and dispersed accommodation, IDVA support, outreach, behaviour change programmes, and adult counselling.

This procurement was ran under the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015, Crown Commercial Framework RM6268, Vehicle Lease, Fleet Management and Salary Sacrifice Car Schemes Lot 4. Contractor to provide a salary sacrifice scheme which will be accessible to all eligible employees. This scheme is to be a car leasing scheme and is intended to provide access to a choice of vehicles at very attractive prices.

Provision for a carers support and information service for unpaid carers living in North Tyneside - 2 Lots Lot 1 - Adult Carers Support Value £203,112 annually Lot 2 -Young Carers Support Value £80,900 annually A separate contract is awarded for each Lot Lot 1 - 3 year contract with the option to extend by 2 x 12 month periods. Lot 2 - 3 year contract with the option to extend by 2 x 12 month periods. This contract is dependent on annual funding and will be reviewed on an annual basis with a break clause each year. Procured via an Open Procurement process under the Procurement Act 2023

North Tyneside Council are procuring to secure a provider to deliver Group-Based Therapeutic Support (Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) Parenting) for Adopters - on behalf of Adopt North East, the Regional Adoption Agency. 3 blocks with 10 sessions per block each year. Total value including VAT: £54,000

The Government has announced a set of 'Simpler Recycling' waste reforms which includes the mandatory weekly collection of food waste commencing from March 2026. The separate collection of food waste requires the Council to provide all residents with an internal and external caddy or bin for the storage and collection of their food waste. Market intelligence has advised the earlier Council's go out to procure containers for the collection of food waste the better price per unit and delivery can be secured. What we require Costs to supply caddies / bins and deliver to one single point: • 65,000 and 108,000 - 5 litre internal caddies - grey base and lid. • 65,000 and 108,000 - 23 litre external caddies with a grey base and purple lid. • 2000 - 140l, 180l and 240 litre wheeled bin containers with a grey base and purple lid. Costs to supply caddies / bins and deliver to all residents (maps to be provided by the Council): • 65,000 and 108,000 - 5 litre internal caddies with a grey base and lid • 65,000 and 108,000 - 23 litre external caddies with a grey base and purple lid. • 2000 - 180l and 240 litre wheeled bin containers with a grey base and purple lid. Procurement for Caddies and Wheeled Bins for Food waste

To deliver a Grow and Eat programme on behalf of Active North Tyneside via a Service Level Agreement. A grow and eat officer has been hosted by VODA for the past 3 years. We are about to begin on our year 4 delivery programme.

For the provision of specialist temporary traffic management whilst road works are ongoing

Public Health is looking to appoint a supplier to provide a Community Tooth brushing Scheme via the PSR route under Most Suitable Provider process. Value £103,991 2 year contract.

The service required is for parent carers to have an assessment of their own needs allowing them to discuss with a practitioner their caring role and how it affects their well-being, feelings and choices about caring. Contract Value - £40,000 per annum. Extensions to be taken 1 year plus 1 year depending on funding.

The Service is being procured via the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award Option A. North Tyneside Council will procure a Child Vision Screening Programme for those aged 4-5 with impaired sight enabling timely intervention in the North Tyneside Region. Vision Screening is a critical function identifying visual impairments at an early stage. The Provider will have an existing infrastructure in place, provide expertise and clinical oversight. Contract Value £25,000 per annum
