Telecare Alarm Receiving Software Package Specification for Call Centre Procurement
North Hertfordshire District Council is seeking to update its current telecare calls handling platform by August 2025. In section E are a series of questions to help us formulate a strategy for the procurement of a platform based on the specification outlined in sections B and C.
We would value the input of providers in answering the questions in section A so that we can gain the most up to date understanding of the market.

North Hertfordshire District Council (the 'Council') own Churchgate Shopping Centre in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. The Council is re-tendering the contract for the management of the shopping centre. Extending to 32 lettings, the management will include day to day management of the leases/licences, ensuring tenant compliance of lease covenants; inspections and arranging repair and maintenance works; compliance for health and safety; rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings; together with managing the service charge. The centre is earmarked for longer term redevelopment.
