The provider is a NHS Foundation Trust, providing Community Mental Health Services and homeless outreach services including, but not limited to, Commissioner Requested Services (CRS) and specialised services. NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (NEL ICB) has commissioned an integrated wheelchair service for people of all ages who have a long-term need for mobility assistance in Barking, Havering, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.
The ICB envisages that the service will provide an integrated care model for wheelchair users, this is to ensure those with complex, long term conditions, are able to access the right wheelchair, quickly, and with appropriate information and support. The full service will cover:
• Assessment, prescription and supply of powered and manual wheelchairs and associated postural seating accessories (WCS)
• Rehabilitation Engineering facilities (RE)
• Service and Maintenance Packages (AR)

Barking and Dagenham,Havering and Redbrige Simple Post Op Wound Care Service Havering Health
The service is for residents registered with GPs in Havering, Redbridge and Barking and Dagenham, who have a simple wound care need.
The current provider of the Service is meeting the contractual requirements to a satisfactory level and the intention is to award the providers the contract for the period 01 October 2025 to 31 March 2027, following PSR Direct Award Process C as there is no change to the contract terms.
The lifetime value of the contract is £296,751 (based on 18 months cost)
Barking and Dagenham,Havering and Redbrige Simple Post Op Wound Care Service- Together First
The service is for residents registered with GPs in Havering, Redbridge and Barking and Dagenham, who have a simple wound care need.
The current provider of the Service is meeting the contractual requirements to a satisfactory level and the intention is to award the providers the contract for the period 01 October 2025 to 31 March 2027, following PSR Direct Award Process C as there is no change to the contract terms.
The lifetime value of the contract is £191,880 (based on 18 months cost)
Direct Award C to: Green Dental Care for the borough of Wandsworth.
The Authority will use the existing pathway for the development and delivery of a pan-London
face-to-face UDC service. The description below provides an outline of the main features of
that pathway and the services that will be commissioned under this procurement to support
the delivery of the service.
The model requires:
• Patients to be clinically triaged
• Patients to access the UDC service via NHS 111
• Patients to be triaged by The Authority's commissioned dental triage service
• Subject to meeting the acceptance criteria, patients to be allocated appointment slots by
the dental triage service
• Patient details to be shared with the UDC Provider via NHS.net email which will include
appointment time, medical history and a brief description of symptoms (there is a possibility
that the sharing of patient details may change in the future if an electronic referral system is
implemented)
Direct Award C to: Mill Hill Dental for the borough of Barnet.
