The Provider will be required to provide a price based upon three different contract periods which are stated below: 1. 1-year initial contract with a potential extension of up to 12 months subject to agreed performance levels. 2. 3-year initial contract with a potential extension of up to 12 months subject to agreed performance levels. 3. 4-year initial contract with two separate potential extensions, each of up to 12 months subject to agreed performance levels. EQUANS (formerly known as ENGIE Services Ltd) on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to appoint a new delivery partner for the continuation of the demand response bus service known as "Phone N Ride". The minimum contract period is one year with options also being proposed for three years plus a possible extension for 12 months and four years with two possible further extensions of 12 months. The final option chosen will be determined on available funding. The service is contract is managed by EQUANs as part of the transformation partnership contract and is currently delivered on behalf of the Authority by a private sector provider.

The Authority is seeking to appoint a Provider to develop the Grimsby Creates brand in North East Lincolnshire. The Provider will need to consider the Spark Grimsby brand which is currently a business development commissioned activity of the CDF programme and will come to an end in March 2023. We are specifically seeking help with drawing together the existing brand knowledge, understanding Grimsby Creates place in the newly developed creativity strategy and other initiatives (such as the Heritage Starter Fund)and provide the assets to communicate creatively in a powerful, authentic and succinct fashion. The current strategy was adopted by the Authority in 2015 and now requires a review to bring the local flood risk management aims and objectives into line with those of the National Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management Strategy and its recently published Roadmap The purpose of the strategy review is to update it in a way that aligns the aims and objectives of local flood risk management to the National Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management Strategy. The strategy review will take account of all historic and newly emerging flood risk issues and how these will be managed in a sustainable way to make the Borough more resilient and adaptable to flooding. The Council have secured funding from the Accelerated Construction Fund via Homes England to de-risk the site through the delivery of spine roads, utilities and main access points.
