North East Lincolnshire council have commissioned the delivery of Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) interventions within the borough under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 - Direct Award Process B. 9 GP Surgeries have been awarded an individual contract to deliver the LARC service . The service will be contracted for a period of 58 months from 1st June 2025 to 31st March 2030. The contract value is approximately £220,000 over the 58month period. It is not possible to accurately state the exact value as the GP contracts are demand led. The contract awards have been made following direct award process B under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR)

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on 8th October 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract for an Integrated Substance Use Treatment and Recovery System under the competitive process of the PSR. The new contract would commence on 3rd November for a duration of 84 months with the option to extend for 3 x 12months. Total possible contract duration is 120months.

The Authority requires a stationary service contract to ensure a consistent supply of essential office materials.

This is a comprehensive software system to manage the Authority's property and asset portfolios.

North East Lincolnshire Council is looking to appoint a Principal Contractor to undertake Public Realm Improvement works to Piers Gardens, in Cleethorpes. The selected organisation will require the skills, experience and resources to deliver this high profile scheme, and in doing so play a key role in delivering part of the Council's ambitious Masterplan for Cleethorpes. The successful Contractor will provide Civil Engineering, Construction and General Project and Health and Safety Management for the Pier Gardens Scheme in accordance with the Pre-Construction information.

Provision of a Legal Case Management System

North East and North Lincolnshire currently operates a 'Framework Agreement' for Street Lighting Term Maintenance Services. This current agreement expires 31 October 2025 and seeking to establish a new Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier for " Street Lighting Term Maintenance" services and other related works. These services would only be required to be provided within the geographic boundaries of North Lincolnshire (NL) and North East Lincolnshire(NEL).

This is an opportunity for the delivery of the development of the Alexandra Dock area in Grimsby. The opportunity includes two contracts: primarily a Development Agreement for Phase 1 of the Scheme, a housing development on Garth Lane; secondly, a Framework Development Agreement under which individual phased Development Agreements for the whole site may (but are not guaranteed) to be directly awarded to the winning developer over a ten year development period provided the developer can demonstrate performance in delivery of Garth Lane (and subsequent phases). Due to the nature of this opportunity, NELC has calculated the value of this opportunity as it would a concession agreement i.e. by reference to an estimate of the likely developer turnover after development of the entire site and not by reference by payments to be made from the Authority to the successful partner. North East Lincolnshire Council is procuring a Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Ambassador Service to operate within Grimsby Town Centre during the night‑time economy. The service will provide high‑visibility, safety‑focused patrols on Friday and Saturday evenings to increase feelings of safety, particularly for women and girls, and to improve public confidence when visiting the town centre at night. The Ambassadors will offer public reassurance, proactive engagement, early intervention, and practical support to vulnerable individuals, including accompanying lone females to safe onward travel. They will work closely with CCTV, Police, licensed premises and local businesses to help deter VAWG‑related incidents, share intelligence and prevent situations escalating. The service will deliver a professional, trained, SIA‑licensed workforce, equipped with radios and body‑worn cameras, who operate within defined areas and follow strict safeguarding, GDPR and legal compliance requirements. The overall aim is to provide a visible, approachable presence that enhances community safety and supports a safer, more positive night‑time environment in Grimsby Town Centre.

We are procuring a winter bird disturbance survey, which its aim is to supplement visitor and desk-based work with detailed ornithological fieldwork. In some parts of the Humber Estuary we know birds are often well away from any sources of disturbance and access levels in some locations are very low.
