The Authority is looking for a consultant to produce a wayfinding strategy alongside design specifications in the heart of Cleethorpes. Following the creation of the strategy and design specifications, a second tender will be open to the market for the manufacture and installation. The consultant creating the wayfinding strategy will supervise and act as the quality assurance for the manufacture and installation of any signage solutions delivered by the winning bidder of the second procurement.

The Provider shall supply the Authority with new Four Wheeled Drive Utility Tractors (The Vehicles) as follows: • 3 (three) x New Four Wheeled Drive Utility Tractors 85 - 95HP one with a compatible side arm flail • 1 (one) x New Four Wheeled Drive Utility Tractor 100 - 110HPVehicle

The successful tenderer shall supply the Authority with New Compact Sweepers, as follows: 1 x New 3500kg GVW Articulated Compact Sweeper 1 x New 4500kg - 5000kg Rigid Compact Sweeper The Vehicles must be fit and suitable for their principal purpose of road sweeping work in the various environments of North East Lincolnshire .

We have commissioned a new service to be part of the Family Enterprise Project, which is a new scheme to improve the employability prospects of Children in Our Care and Care Leavers. The service provider will deliver a bespoke learning programme to Children in Our Care and Care Leavers who are age 16-25, which will be an element of the Family Enterprise offer to our Care Leavers.

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) intend to award a contract for external consultant support, supporting Focus Independent Adult Social Work in relation to the statutory adult social care function delivered on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council. Using strength based practice the contract aims to deliver a whole-system shift in the way people drawing on support experience adult social care in North East Lincolnshire.

North East and North Lincolnshire currently operates a 'Framework Agreement' for Street Lighting Term Maintenance Services. This current agreement expires 31 October 2025 and both Authority's are seeking to establish a new Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier for " Street Lighting Term Maintenance" services and other related works. The Supplier will be responsible for the following Asset activity within the public highway: Street and Car Park Lighting Festive and feature Lighting - provision, installation, removal and maintenance of Summer and Christmas Illuminations and assistance with official switch on occasions Illuminated and non-illuminated bollards Traffic Signs and Posts CCTV Masts Feeder pillars, cabling and power supply equipment Emergency Call-Out (ECO) service, including Out of Hours and accident damage remedial works in the event of unsafe occurrences Improvement and general works of street lighting, both planned and reactive maintenance of street lighting equipment, illuminated/electrified street furniture, including lamp columns, road signs, bollards, traffic monitoring equipment, duct/cable laying, electrical fittings, etc. • Bulk Lamp change • Night time scouting and reporting of defective/non lit equipment • Lighting Central Management System (CMS) • Testing of electrical equipment on the public highway • Testing of structural integrity and fitness for purpose of lamp columns. • Works may include professional services in additional to physical, construction works to support Minor and Major highways and transport schemes These services would only be required to be provided within the geographic boundaries of North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire. The tender is divided into lots Lot 1 - North East Lincolnshire Council Lot 2 - North Lincolnshire Council . One tenderer will be appointed for each lot. However, tenderers can bid for one or both lots.

North East Lincolnshire are undertaking a procurement to ensure that the speech and language service is delivered in a timely and responsive manner in order to meet speech, language and communication needs identified by the authority and enhance the speech, language and communication skills development of children and young people.in North East Lincolnshire who meet the eligibility

The scheme covers a designated area of the East Marsh in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. The Authority is now engaging a Delivery Partner to provide the additional capacity needed to deliver the scheme with enforcement still remaining within the remit of the Authority.

The Authority's Regeneration Partner Equans appointed Engie Impact, under an internal company arrangement to deliver the Strategic Clean Energy Sourcing requirement for the Authority's gas and electricity framework.

Provision of expert support, strategic guidance, and accreditation services by the UCL Institute of Health Equity (IHE). This includes co-producing a Marmot Action Plan, embedding health equity into strategic plans and governance, delivering a public engagement campaign, specific input from Michael Marmot and supporting evaluation and impact measurement.

The Authority requires a stationary service contract to ensure a consistent supply of essential office materials.

To co-ordinate the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) with the primary focus of safeguarding adult victims of domestic abuse.
