The service will be delivered to individuals with substance misuse issues, aged 16 years and over and to family members or carers affected by an individual with substance misuse issues.
The contract period will be 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.

The service will operate from a purpose-built, eight bedded house at Red Rose House, Stevenson.

North Ayrshire Council are seeking a supplier to provide an integrated audio-visual solution within the Council Chambers of Cunninghame House, Irvine to allow hybrid meetings to take place with the option of live streaming of the proceedings to the internet.
North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) invites tenders for the provision of a community support service.
NAC currently have a flexible framework in place for this requirement which allows NAC to re-open the framework to new providers therefore, the framework is being re-opened, as detailed in the original Contract Notice. There is no limit to the number of providers who may be awarded a place on the framework however, providers should note that there may not be a sufficient volume of business to support a large number of new providers and there is no guarantee of business even if awarded a place on the framework.
The estimated spend under the framework over the remaining 2 years is 28,039,950.00 GBP however, this figure includes services already commissioned during the initial 4 year period that will continue over the next 2 years and therefore, this figure is not representative of new business opportunities available over the remaining 2 year period.
The resultant framework will be for a period of 2 years commencing 5th January 2024 until 5th January 2026.
The framework delivers Adult Community Support Services across Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health client groups.
The scope of the framework encompasses services currently referred to as Community Support, 24 Hour Support, Housing Support and Supported Living Services. It does not include care at home provision.
Services are delivered in a community setting, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year, inclusive of sleepovers and waking nights, to adults aged 16 and over who have been assessed by North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership as requiring a service.
North Ayrshire Council requires enabling works in advance of the development of the site at Montgomerie Park, Irvine. The works will include the consolidation of mineworks across the site.
North Ayrshire Council is planning to develop 189 new homes at Montgomerie Park, Irvine. The development will provide a mix of general needs properties, homes suitable for wheelchair users and amenity bungalows. This contract will provide for the preparation of the site in readiness for the first stage of development.
Contract start is anticipated to be September 23 for a duration of approx. 26 weeks with a defects liability period of 52 weeks.
North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) requires an appropriately qualified and experienced masterplan consultant and design team to develop a residential masterplan for an area of NAC owned land at Cairnmount, Irvine - also referred to as Montgomerie Park East. The masterplan consultant will act as the lead of the design team.
The anticipated start date is 30th August 2023 until 29th August 2024.
The residential masterplan is to be developed taking into consideration best practice guidance, market feedback and the following:

North Ayrshire Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to carry out general repairs and annual maintenance of warden call installations in sheltered housing units and homes for the elderly throughout North Ayrshire.
North Ayrshire Council seek bids for the treatment of post-consumer recyclates collected in the North Ayrshire area. The requirement is split in to the following Lots:
- Lot 1 - Treatment of post-consumer mixed papers and cardboard
- Lot 2 - Treatment of post-consumer mixed plastics, cartons, cans and glass
- Lot 3 - Treatment of post-consumer comingled dry recyclable waste
- Lot 4 - Treatment of all streams
The contract is anticipated to commence on 1st October 2023 for a period of 1 year (until 30th Sept 2024) with the option to extend for up to a further 36 months. The paper and card stream will commence on the 1st December 2023 until 30th Sept 2024) and will also have an option to extend for up to a further 36 months thereafter.
The Council reserves the right to award any combination of Lots and Pricing Options. Lot 4 (All Streams) will only be awarded where the Council identifies this as Best Value overall. In this circumstance, the Council reserves the right not to make any award under Lots 1, 2 and/or 3.
Bids can be submitted on the basis of two pricing options;
Pricing Option 1 - Uplift recyclate from Council Delivery Point - Council will operate bulking facility and load Supplier’s vehicles who will collect and transport recyclate from Shewalton Waste Transfer Station to a suitably licensed Treatment Facility for processing.
Pricing Option 2 - Direct tip at Supplier’s Delivery Point - The Supplier is required to make available a Delivery Point to accept recyclate within:
a) the Council Area Boundary or;
b) a maximum of 15 miles from the Council’s Delivery Point (KA11 5DF)
The tonnages provided give an indication of the likely tonnages from the Council, however tonnages are likely to vary over the duration of the contract. As such, no minimum tonnage guarantee or commitment to the level of tonnage can be given.

North Ayrshire Council, on behalf of North and East Ayrshire Councils, seeks to appoint a service provider to provide counselling services for individuals from 18 years of age who are survivors of sexual abuse. The service is jointly funded and delivered as a collaboration between North and East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnerships. North Ayrshire Council is the lead commissioner and is responsible for procuring the service on behalf of both contracting authorities.
The contract will start on 01/04/2024 to 31/03/2027 with an option to extend for 24 months.

The aims of advocacy services are to:
- Safeguard people who can be treated unfairly as a result of institutional and systemic barriers as well as prejudice and individual, social, and environmental circumstances that make them vulnerable
- Empower people who need a voice or stronger voice by enabling them to express their own needs and make their own decisions
- Enable people to gain access to information, explore and understand their options, and to make their views and wishes known
- Speak up on behalf of people who are unable to do so for themselves.
The locations at which the Independent advocacy will be delivered will include: the Provider’s own premises; the Service Users preferred location; the Service Users home, hospital or care home or other residential setting.

North Ayrshire Council (NAC) is seeking to implement a framework agreement for the provision of Business Support Consultancy Services as detailed in this Invitation to Tender. The Council currently has a contract in place for this requirement, which is due to expire on 9th February 2024, therefore the requirement is being re-tendered.
Commencing 1st May 2024, North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) requires a supplier to manage all call monitoring and call receiving in response to community alarm activations from vulnerable service users in the community, and to respond appropriately to those calls.
The Health and Social Care Partnership (“HSCP”) has approximately 4,500 service users with community alarms installed in their homes, and each service user is also likely to have a number of additional peripheral technologies (e.g. fall detectors, smoke alarms etc). It is anticipated that there will be approximately 22000 - 24000 foreground alarm activations each month.
The contract will be awarded using NACs standard conditions of contract for services.
North Ayrshire Council seek to appoint a suitably qualified provider who can deliver annual inspection and reactive maintenance services for domestic and commercial gas central heating installations (and ancillary equipment) within North Ayrshire.
The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.

North Ayrshire Council requires providers to deliver person centred support to children and young people (up to and including 18 years of age) enabling them to achieve their outcomes as per their Child Assessment and Plan and Support Plan. Person centred support encompasses personal support, community support and care within the home.
This framework is being reopened at the discretion of the Council, we currently have three Service Providers appointed and we are looking to appoint one Service Provider, as the original documents allow the Council to appoint up to a maximum of four Service Providers.
