This Procurement Event will seek to establish a Contract/s for Lifts and Escalator Maintenance and a Contract for Inspections and will establish 2 x Frameworks for the renewal and replacement of Lifts and Escalators. All Contracts and Frameworks cover stations throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

This Framework will establish a strategic supply chain to support Asset Protection (ASPRO) and Sponsorship requirements supporting third
party and outside party schemes.
Network Rail shall provide six items of Plant (C2102, C2103, C4401, C4402, C4403, SF-06) to the Supplier who will assume responsibility for the items of Plant for the Term of the Agreement and who will make sure the items of Plant deliver the Services. The term of the agreement is 5 years from 1 April 2025, with the option to extend for a further 3 periods of 1 year. In addition, the Supplier shall also be required to supply, operate and maintain a corrective rail head remediation service (a turnkey service). The Supplier shall be required to apply all aspects of this Agreement apart from where such obligation is not applicable for a turnkey service.

The requirement is for the Provision of Maintenance of the Infrastructure at RIDC Melton in accordance with the Non-Mainline Safety Management System (SMS), National Legislation, Railway Group Standards, British and Network Rail standards, HASAWA and other RSSB supporting documents. The contract is for an initial period until the lease expiry on 2 February 2027, plus an option to extend to 31 March 2029; and then finally to 31 March 2031
Network Rail has carried out a procurement exercise to award the CP7 Southern Integrated Delivery (SID) agreement to deliver our Control Period 7 (CP7) and potentially CP8 renewals portfolio.
The SID will be a fully integrated team based on 'Project 13' principles comprising all categories of railway assets: Signalling, Track, Buildings & Civils (B&C), Electrification and Plant (E&P) and Minor Works. The scope includes the following items: development, design, manufacture, supply, installation, integration, testing and commissioning of the Southern renewals work bank.
These works will be undertaken on Kent, Sussex and Wessex routes, and will primarily be focused on the delivery of the renewals portfolio, however options will be included to enable enhancements also to be delivered, subject to capacity and where the SID is considered the optimum procurement route.
This notice covers the appointment of the Buildings & Civils (Lot 1) and Electrification & Plant (Lot 2) lots, where all appointed Business Partners within the SID have initially signed into a development phase agreement, scheduled from February 2023 to April 2024. The main SID agreement will be 10 years in duration (April 2024 - March 2034) and will commence in CP7 with the inclusion of a break clause prior to the commencement of CP8.

Network Rail is procuring anti-ice material to be applied to the conductor rail on Network Rail's electrified 3rd Rail network, using its fleet of specialist rail vehicles (MPVs and SITTs). The main reason for this procurement activity is to maintain track safety as anti-icing fluid will prevent the adhesion of ice to the rail head and allow electricity to flow to the collector shoe of passing rail vehicles.
This contract is for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) who will provide Build and Transform services for enterprise data connectivity to all Network Rail users, followed by Operate services to agreed SLAs and KPIs post transformation.
This Framework is required to provide various types examinations (detailed and associated HCEs, visual, additional and underwater examinations) on 1000-1500 structures within North West & Central Region that require specialist access to complete. Network Rail requires Suppliers to carry out these exams and produce the corresponding examination reports.
Ecology Services comprises a wide range of surveys to assess the presence of biodiversity, and how to stay compliant with legislation, stakeholder requirements and industry guidelines on maintaining biodiversity.
The requirement is split in to two Lots:
Lot 1 – Biodiversity Management - habitat and site mapping, using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) where survey reporting guidelines dictate it or where maps would supplement the findings.
Lot 2 – Ecological Protection - undertaking of ecological surveys and reporting to the required standards.
Network Rail Southern Region have a requirement to engage an external security testing company to enter an initial 5-year framework contract to deliver security assurance testing across various Network Rail Locations within the Southern Region.
Supply of Building & Civils Renewals and minor enhancements portfolios for Control Period 7 (CP7).
• Nil-value commitment but permits Network Rail a total spend of TBC pounds sterling
over the duration of the framework in any permutation across all or any lots.
• Duration of 5 years with extension options 3 x 1 = 8 years total.
