NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the development of a replacement framework for its existing Laundry and Linen Services Total Solutions (NOE.0572) framework, serving the NHS and the wider public sector. The new Framework will comprise a complete solution that caters for both inhouse and outsourced laundry and linen service models. It will include a broad range of services including but not limited to General Patient Laundry and Linen Service (Hired and Trust Owned), CE Marked Barrier Theatre Textiles (Hired and Trust Owned), Managed Services, Consultancy/Training, Installation, Repairs and Maintenance of Laundry Equipment, Provision of Commercial Laundry Equipment (Purchase and Lease), Provision of Industrial Laundry Equipment (Purchase and Lease).

NOE CPC are seeking engagement with providers of Advocacy Services to the NHS with a view to help inform the outputs of a future procurement of a framework agreement for these and other aligned services. <br/><br/>Everyone has a legal right to advocacy and public authorities are responsible for arranging independent advocacy services to assist people making or intending to make complaints, effectively supporting individuals during assessments, care planning, safeguarding and reviews and collaborating with families, friends, carers, commissioners and providers. <br/><br/>Our intention at present is to award a multi-lotted framework agreement.

North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative, as the Authority on behalf of NHS Workforce Alliance are looking to conduct a new procurement process to put in place a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Insourcing of Health Services for use by NHS organisations. Procurement of a framework solution for both clinical and non-clinical apprenticeships and education related services. The offering will be provided via a three-way collaboration with Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) and London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP)

This will be a renewal of the previous NOECPC framework for the provision of radiopharmaceuticals and associated consumables; which over its lifetime had delivered a high level of service and supply throughout its duration. The framework will provide an one stop solution to assist Trusts with:<br/>— nuclear medicine therapy,<br/>— nuclear medicine diagnostic non-imaging,<br/>— nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging.

NOE CPC are engaging with providers of salary sacrifice, lease and rental vehicles to the NHS and wider public sector with a view to informing the outputs of a future re-procurement of the existing NOE CPC framework for Staff Benefit Salary Sacrifice for Cars Scheme (CPC Drive). <br/><br/>Our current intention is to consider a framework with wider scope including but not limited to salary sacrifice, lease (including business lease and personal contract hire/lease), short-term and long-term rental of vehicles.

This falls under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) and is governed by the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
