NI Water wishes to engage subject matter experts to advise on economic regulatory matters throughout the PC21 price control period. Advice is sought on regulatory aspects impacting NI Water currently or in the future. Please refer to Appendix 1 - Specification for further details.

NI Water wish to appoint a maximum of four (4) Contractor/s for the supply and delivery of Laboratory Consumables, as detailed in the tender documentation. Economic Operators should review the documentation carefully, as this is a re-tender of C1138 which NI Water have not awarded, this re-tender has a different evaluation/award model.

NI Water is seeking to appoint an Economic Operator or Economic Operators to supply and deliver hoses, standpipes and associated fittings. Contracts will be awarded on a per item basis. There is no limit to the number of items an Economic Operator can tender for or be awarded. Goods within the scope of the contract are as follows; Rubber industrial hoses; Reinforced PVC delivery hoses; Reinforced PVC suction hoses; Reinforced PVC suction hoses with fittings; Double wire braided hoses; Treble wire braided hoses; Wire embedded hoses; Layflat PVC hoses; Layflat PVC/canvas/rubber lined fire hoses; Layflat PVC/nylon reinforced fire hoses; Layflat PVC/nylon reinforced fire hoses with fittings; Pneumatic hoses; Jetting hoses; Layflat hose pipes for potable water; Standpipes (Belfast type); Mechanical clamps; Terminating fittings; Connectors and Accessories.

This Contract is for the following services: Lot 1 Provision of Audio-Visual Equipment inc warranty Lot 2 Provision of Break Fix Support The Client intends to appoint 2 Contractors to Lot 1 and 1 Contractor to Lot 2. Please refer to Appendix 1 - Specification for further details

NI Water continues to focus on providing clear, relevant and timely information to the public. This will require creative communications solutions, an innovative and insightful approach and most importantly methods to reinforce the value in the minds of the public about the essential service we provide. We intend to appoint a full service marketing contract to support, maintain and develop specified communications activity in relation to internal, external and stakeholder campaigns.

NIW Alpha seek to appoint a service provider to provide sludge cake movement and drying on site. The service provider will be required to provide the following services; • Moving Sludge from the Floor of the Polytunnels and stockpiling at the end of the same polytunnel to dry further and the make room for fresh sludge to be spread • Moving the sludge cake from the concrete floors under the sludge presses and spreading evenly on the concrete floor of the Polytunnels to dry. • Stockpiling the sludge cake in the polytunnels when space is required to spread more sludge. • Loading sludge into lorries from the stockpiles • Washing area outside Sludge Building • Cleaning route between the Sludge Press Building and the Polytunnels For all tasks the Contractor shall supply all labour, plant, equipment and fuel including transport to and from site.

NIW Alpha seeks to appoint a service provider to provide ElCR, Emergency Lighting and PAT Services. The service provider will be required to provide the following services; electrical inspection, testing and remedial services as per BS 7671; emergency lighting and site lighting testing; portable appliance testing (PAT Services); lightning protection testing; provision of all statutory documentation associated with the services; management information reports and competent professional services in relation to duties and tasks required to ensure legislative compliance for NIW Alpha’s sites.

NI Water is seeking to appoint a single supplier to provide Electrical Inspection, Testing and Repair (EITR) Services. The scope of this contract covers the following; the 100 percent visual inspection and testing of up to 25,000 circuits per annum in a complex electrical control systems in an industrial environment similar to the water industry; provision of Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) for all sites; remedial repair work arising from inspection and testing and provision of Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR); provision of Danger Notifications for faults that cannot be repaired without delay; provision of Minor Works Certificates (MWC) where applicable with regard to remedial work carried out under this contract; provision of Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) where applicable with regard to installation and remedial work carried out under this contract; provision of Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) for circuits where requested and applicable for work carried out by NI Water in house teams or other third party contractors; provision of Remedial Report for all faults repaired and associated with a MWC or EIC whichever is applicable; provision of certificates to include generator inspection and testing of earth electrode (Note this is to include inspection and testing checks including and not only limited to visual check of earthing of star neutral connection and earth electrode testing); provision of single line diagrams upon request; provision of circuit charts upon request and the provision of all associated documents and management information as required by relevant legislation, regulations or this contract. NI Water reserves the right to request any other services associated with electrical inspection, testing and associated remedial repair work associated with BS7671 and the scope of this contract. All services in the scope of this contract will be provided in accordance with the latest amendment of the IET wiring regulations BS7671 and all other relevant legislation.

Provision of Cleaning and Ancillary Services to NI Water at various sites throughout Northern Ireland.

A summary of the scope is as follows:- a) EICA Installation, Planned and Reactive Repair/ Maintenance. This will include, but not limited to; i. General EICA installation including upgrade across NI Water’s wide range of assets and equipment (e.g. offices, pumping stations, industrial workshops, chemical stores, treatment works etc.) in accordance with all current legislation/ regulations, WIMES specifications etc. ii. Planned and Reactive EICA maintenance and repair across NI Water’s wide range of assets and equipment (e.g. pumps, instrumentation, control and automation, analytical, screening equipment, flow meters etc.) of wide variety of makes and models of equipment. iii. Quoting for the remedial repair of C3 faults arising from NI Water’s electrical inspection and testing programme as required by BS7671 legislation. iv. Providing minor works certificates as required following any EICA installation, planned and reactive repair/ maintenance work. v. Portable Appliance Testing as required by The Electricity at Work Regulations. vi. Electrical Inspection and Testing in accordance with BS7671 b) Electrical actuator repair and maintenance including supplying of replacement actuators as required and any spare parts/ accessories. This may require Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or their nominated agency support. The majority of NI Water’s electric actuators are currently Rotork and Auma brands. c) Manufacture of, modification to and maintenance of MCC, instrument, leakage, telemetry, switchboard, control panels, central marshalling; power factor correction equipment, switchgear and any other panel types in accordance with all current legislation/ regulations, WIMES specifications etc. d) Supply, repair and rewinding of electric motors in accordance with all current legislation/ regulations, WIMES specifications etc. e) Supply and delivery of electrical consumables, power tools, sundries, spares and miscellaneous items including, but not limited to – cabling, wiring, trunking, conduit, electrical appliances, site security equipment, lighting, panel accessories, plugs, sockets etc. f) Special projects which may include, but not limited to - project management, energy efficiency projects, technical support/advice, site surveys, design services etc. This may apply to all site types including more complex EICA installations/ site refurbishments. g) Fixed gas detection systems - reporting, planned and reactive maintenance; h) Emergency lighting systems - reporting, planned and reactive maintenance; i) Premises lightning protection systems – surveying, planned and reactive maintenance; j) Any other EICA installation, planned and reactive repair/ maintenance type work within the scope of this contract. k) Asset condition reporting; l) A programme/survey of facilities assets data collation and provision of relevant data; m) Provision of emergency 1 hour response for Sydenham Waste Water Pumping Station (WWPS) as and when required; n) Provision of management information reports to NI Water.

This Contract is for the provision of Leakage Management Services within Northern Ireland Water. NI Water, by means of the Leakage function, continues to report company leakage, and drive down company and customer side losses through pro-active and re-active leakage detection activity, capital infrastructure investments, data improvements through network flow, pressure and asset analysis and leakage component reviews in keeping with water industry best practice. This CfT is spilt into 4 Lots. These being Lot 1 Leakage Infrastructure Capital Improvements Lot 2 Specialised Leakage Studies Lot 3 Meter Validation Review Lot 4 Leakage System Developments
